I’m curious… do you have content that explains why cuts are important and not and tigers mouth purposes etc.? And those types of things? Or books I can read to learn more? To one day play even with 1st Dan or higher, plz and thank you.
2:22 In Josekipedia it tells me atari on top first is a mistake and it shows "refutation" ( it was considered wrong order because giving white connection first makes it so, w can ignore the other atari and cut b at F4 )... I am not sure what is right or wrong v.v ... but either way if it is played out the same way... in Kogo's Joseki Dictionary it shows that white should push at 2:46 F6 on the outside before turning as Ryan did ... do you guys know the reason behind this? ( I can only assume, something is out of date )
5:03 What if black doesn't answer playing C8 but instead plays E2? White after atari at C8 has the cutting point so need to play one more to be solid and finish in gote (in main variation white got sente and can play around J4 so it looks probably a little better for white).
That was a great video! :) Thank you for your time! I have one question: at 2:51, instead of capturing the stone, can't White play another atari in sente to the three Black stones and force Black to give up even more aji in his shape? And a suggestion if you do not mind. Talking into a camera and giving a lecture there can be very awkward and it is ok to feel stressed about it. A good trick to get used to the whole thing is to arrange for a small audience behind the camera to get used to the whole concept and feel more comfortable with the existence of the camera.
One of the best channels for Go. Your way of explaining is great!

Playing an atari on the three black stones at either F6 or G5 would help black, as the aji is gone. Hope this answers your question.
@@NYIGGo I see what you mean. It resolves the situation too early and helps Black. Thank you for your answer. :)
@@NYIGGo Wow, that's kind of hard to believe at my level. Black's shape just looks so ripped.
