Dre isn't on the Chorus at all, It is the Legendary Rapper D.O.C & he sounds that way because he had throat cancer & it destroyed his vocal chords. Also Dr Dre verse was written by Eminem. They gave us an insight on how EM writes for him, Together they said (Dre will come to me with a rough draft of what he wants the verse to be about & even certain things he wants & then I go write it for him)......... The song is 🔥 but its just an opinion. They song was made for GTA RADIO so its one of the songs in the game
