Otto's wish is Kallen's wish, and Kallen wanted to defeat Honkai, so Otto was also hellbent on defeating Honkai, only that resurrecting Kallen came first. When he knew that resurrecting Kallen requires his death, he planned for Kiana (Sirin Clone) and Durandal to essentially replace him as a top combat power to fight against Honkai, plus he needed Kiana (Sirin Clone) to resurrect Kallen. Honkai Will (Prometheus AI) had no reason to force Otto to death other than the fact that it will allow Sirin (Now Kiana) to become Finality. It has been obvious since the 2nd Eruption that Honkai Will was incredibly biased towards Sirin, giving her 5 Herrscher Powers.

Herrscher of the End being able to destroy a planet yet you say Genshin is stronger: HOTE also being Multiversal+ via other feats which Kiana has and that HOTE would be equal to Finality, while HSR Aeons are probably Solar to Galaxy with a highball. GGZ on the other hand reach levels no other verse would compare to so lets ignore them (Other verse meaning other games of Hoyo). HoO being similar level to HoF and the other Herreschers are also Way Above Planetary, hell at the weakest one would be star level if they were weakened, at their strongest their going from low multiversal to multiversal+ while HSR has shown no feats above Planetary-Multi Planetary

He's probably using residual honkai energy like Mei did in the Nagazora Arc or he has Star of Eden which can create black holes and is made from the core of the Previous Era 9th Herrscher or the Herrscher of Stars. Also Herrscher of Finality is definitely stronger than the archons since it has all 13 herrscher authorities combined. The 13 authorities are Reason, which is object creation/reconstruction of that which is understood by the user, Void, which is space manipulation, imaginary space travel and pocket dimension creation/travel, Thunder, which is manipulation of electricity and electromagnetism, Wind, which is wind/weather manipulation, Ice, which is thermal manipulation to molecular level, Death/Rebirth, which is death/life manipulation, regeneration/restoration and matter recreation to atomic level, Fire, which is heat manipulation, Sentience, which is dream world creation/manipulation and creation of illusions, Stars, which is gravity manipulation and black hole creation, Domination, which is replication manipulation, Binding, which is energy nullification, energy negation, technology negation and power negation, Corruption, which is biologic manipulation and technology possession so Corruption is basically a virus, biological and digital, and finally Origin but i'm not sure if this counts because Elysia was never part of the cycle and she was the first herrscher to fight for humanity.

I don't know about ggz but if we are going by literally scaling star rail aeons may actually be the strongest if not just the biggest, this is base on setting, hi3 take places in one plant with some dimensions like the void, gi is across a continent of tevat, there is mention of traveling the stars, in both cities have been destroyed, where Star rail has spaces travel and the hold universe be available and the plant teraforming such as the first one even whole plants have been destroyed, so in just scale of events in game I say star rail aeon may be the most powerful.

I will briefly explain about the Hoyo multiverse for some of you in this comment section, it won’t be deep since I will only explain about how does it works. Imagine there’s a Tree, the Imaginary Tree. Every branch of The Tree is a universe, each of them follows a different system created by the Tree, such as The Honkai from Hi3 Universe and Aeons from HSR Universe. Within these branches there are smaller branches, called the World/Civilization and they’re varies in sizes. They will grow and branch out into infinite possibilities, but only one possibility will be chosen to be the true future of that World. The chosen possibility will continue to grow while the rest become the leaf and they will eventually fall into the Sea of Quanta. The Sea fragments these leaves and turns them into Data, the Ether Anchor in the Sea will stabilize them and turn them into countless Bubble Universes. Dues to the Data being mixed up together, each of these Bubble universes will represent different possible outcome of the World. Well, it’s basically MWI.
Note that the Imaginary Tree, SoQ and the competition between them are just a metaphor model created by Otto. They’re not 100% true, their model, their relationship is just like how the devs said. It can’t be described by a 3 dimensional being, even I as a real person find it’s difficult to actually draw the model based on all the context I have. I’ve seen other people drawing of the cosmos, but yeah, none of them are correct.

Ehh Finality Kiana is definitely not stronger than GGZ herrschers especially not the main cast for sure. Sin isn't even a Herrscher iirc and she casually manipulates time for shits and giggles. I can see Finality Kiana beating maybe grunt level GGZ Herrschers after a long and strenuous fight perhaps but someone at the level of God Kiana or God Mei? That'd be nothing short of a complete stomp.

Dr.MEI's mechas were stomping triple digit Herrschers back in Era:Zero iirc and Otto's artificial Herrschers aren't exactly slouches either. Otto's flying fortress that he used to unalive Cecilia in front of Kiana could probably blast a good chunk of the Herrschers by itself though I guess given Otto did use it to blast best girl Jyahnar, I suppose that's probably a bit of an unfair fight in the first place.

Honestly the reason why i think GGZ and HI3 is higher than HSR and GI rn is because even if their story only happened in one world, there are the confirmed existence of beings from outside the imaginary tree (universe). Those beings can manipulate the said tree and that are trying to destroy their world and trying to "embrace" them respectively. Its WOH in GGZ and COF in HI3. In GGZ, Kiana and Mei successfully fend the being off and even leave the imaginary tree to outright confront that said being. In HI3, Kiana is the successful embraced thus granting her all the power and hax COF can technically do.
Yes, in GGZ we know strongest powrrhouses like Outer Gods but we don't have info about Aeons which is very sus. We have info about Thanatos and Zeus, the Myriad of the Lords but Aeons in HSR we don't have one? How come we didn't even encounter then from two games.

If Aeon got killed the abstract you said known as Path is still remains. So they're not philosophical concept like stated by Welt but who uses it as form of a Path. And Welt, didn't indicate that they can instantly incinerate whole but he said An Overlord can incinerate a galaxy. Galaxy, according to the IPC radio, it said that Zephyr "completely" destroyed that galaxy. So Welt stating truth Emanators of Destruction can destroy galaxy but they can't do it like instantly. If these Aeons are really that powerful, how come we didn't know them from the HI3 and GGZ. Don't believe from the others that these two games only at planetary or solar system lvl. Because if you play the game, some characters travelled to other dimensions, other worlds like Sa, Su, and even Sugars and they didn't even encountered them, even one. Like Su stated at Sumeru manga, all he went worlds are completely destroyed by the Honkai, so he knows its honkai not other way around. If we can calculate, maybe Aeons are only at their universal lvl, not multiversal lvl. That's what I know.

For Genshin: Il Capitano is one of the stronger characters since he's considered one of the strongest mortals in Teyvat. Another character I'd say is powerful is Columbina thanks to Childe and Scaramouche's voice line saying that the traveler should watch out for her, and then with the theories of her being a seelie or one of the Primordial One's 4 shades, and then people saying that the Tsaritsa is probably one of the strongest archons in genshin
You didn't include ggz wendy. Her feats easily put her above everything else in HI3, HSR, and GI imo... though in ggz, she's still below HotE, Jyahnar, and Delta

External gods are described only in "awakened" weapons. In the English translation (which was before the servers were closed) it was called Kizuna.Kizuna have a separate plot and lore, about how the characters drawn on them go to the “Babylon Academy”. Yog Sothoth, Azazoth, Nyarlathotep, Siegfried (This is a girl who owns a business, like a cafe, not to be confused with Kiana’s father), etc. are only students/teachers/residents of the so-called “Babylon”.

I love Honkai, but its scaling is so damn huge and sometimes braindead to the point where if someone tries to have a valid argument with me, then I just shove Kiana in their face and leave since she bodies too many people outside of her verse. E.g. some idiot was just ignoring my valid claims on how Bankai Yamamoto can kill Sasuke because of the hella high heat, but the argument somehow delved into him just spamming "Sasuke Solos" so I just said "Yog Solos" and he didn't know who she was so I just told him to search it up then I annoyed him with "Yog solos" the whole time and added "Imagine getting whooped by a child but you're an adult 💀" until he got pissed off and didn't answer anymore 💀.

His strongest form is Deliverance obviously, which mean, he does use it against HoFin back then, and failed miserably. Unless you getting your "lore" out of nowhere, disproving the manga, i don't see any way for Kevin to actually be stronger than current Kiana
@aimanasyraf5657 I'm talking about a statement from his in-game boss description. You're forgetting that Kevin combined Project Stigma AND his Mantis form with the AoF. That's why he is stronger than her in CE. If she returned in CE, she would wipe him easily, and he knew it. That's why he started the project to begin with to avoid a direct fight with her. He is only stronger than her PE form, and only because of him combining his own strength with the authority of Finality. Had HoTE broken out of Project Stigma somehow, she would have low diffed him with ease. Again, the point of Project Stigma was to avoid a direct fight against the Final Herrscher and either A, Kevin defeats the trio and continues Project Stigma, or B, Kiana takes his authority and takes the PE Herrscher's place as the new Finality of CE. All of what was done was specifically to avoid fighting HoTE a second time, as it would have been game over. So, while CE Kevin is stronger than HoTE's PE incarnation, her return in CE would make her naturally stronger than the last time, and Kevin wouldn't have stood a chance. Make sense?
For me it's pretty EZ, i take Herrchers of The End from GGZ. Literally destroyed a world etc, one of the cold characters followed by Other Version of Kiana like from HI3 Herrchers of Finality (Literally become Goddess of The Moon and Earth and controllers of Honkai)

She beat a dude that is canonically stronger than HoTE, at least her PE body, and had to break the 4th wall to defeat the AoF. Kiana has gone through enough and is near omnipotent atm. Like I said, the only way someone threatens her is if Hoyo nerfs/retcons her level of power. That or someone takes her power and uses it against her. At this point, the only other being that could threaten her is the OG Finality herself, but she is in perma hibernation right now, and her old body is just a corpse on the moon. Making any other Cocoon out there stronger than Finality wouldn't make sense and would be kinda dumb. Kiana is Hoyo's baby. It would feel weird for her not to be the most powerful being in the Hi3 universe.

True, since one Herrscher can have more concept than Aeon, like Herrscher of Death/Re:birth literally have ability that same as Abundance, Permanence and Destruction plague. Herrscher of Reason/Truth can be same as Erudition(the eager to gain knowledge) and Equilibrium. Herrscher of Sentience have ability almost same Swarm/Tazzyronth in Argenti story, seal memory just like Memokeeper/Remembrance. There's probably more, this is example.

They can't handle the fact that destruction capabilities isn't the only deciding factor in a fight. Some even says that Welt is weak asf in HSR(which is true if you compare him to his prime) but doesn't realize that he basically one tapped TB when they lost control of their Stellaron (that's at least planetary level) and he's at 1% of his max power
One of the main reasons why is because of the designs, Aeons actually felt like actual Gods some even resembles gods in the religions of the world like Yaoshi somewhat resembles Shiva and Fuli looking like the jade emepror, while the herrschers are basically women with too much revealing skins with OP powers.
Well if we take somebody as Wendy (hi3rd), so it's true. She was just too weak (or we can say they get rid of her right after awakening, so she doesn't power up probably). I also agree that sizes and destruction capability didn't saying who will win. But also we can say, that some aeons much more stronger than others, just we don't know how exactly, if they will cable on same tricks with SoQ and IT as herrshers, then we can make more accurate comparison.

With that large looking Chuthulu body scares me if it's going to be a new clone of her/him/it. Yog Sothoth can easily destroy and create the imaginary trees. She's literally like Doomsday from DC with the clones. GGZ maybe sometimes a little too overwhelming with the info us saying it'll destroy the others but that's only because the outer gods exist. They have more free will and limitless to do whatever they want. Though I am curious to hear if they will include them after HSR first volume of this story arc until it embarks onto a new one?

I don't know about ggz but if we are going by literally scaling star rail aeons may actually be the strongest if not just the biggest, this is base on setting, hi3 take places in one plant with some dimensions like the void, gi is across a continent of tevat, there is mention of traveling the stars, in both cities have been destroyed, where Star rail has spaces travel and the hold universe be available and the plant teraforming such as the first one even whole plants have been destroyed, so in just scale of events in game I say star rail aeon may be the most powerful.

I will briefly explain about the Hoyo multiverse for some of you in this comment section, it won’t be deep since I will only explain about how does it works.
Imagine there’s a Tree, the Imaginary Tree. Every branch of The Tree is a universe, each of them follows a different system created by the Tree, such as The Honkai from Hi3 Universe and Aeons from HSR Universe. Within these branches there are smaller branches, called the World/Civilization and they’re varies in sizes. They will grow and branch out into infinite possibilities, but only one possibility will be chosen to be the true future of that World. The chosen possibility will continue to grow while the rest become the leaf and they will eventually fall into the Sea of Quanta. The Sea fragments these leaves and turns them into Data, the Ether Anchor in the Sea will stabilize them and turn them into countless Bubble Universes. Dues to the Data being mixed up together, each of these Bubble universes will represent different possible outcome of the World. Well, it’s basically MWI.
Yea Sea of Quanta type 3 multiverse and Imaginary tree possibly type 4 (but just needs more mathematics)
Note that the Imaginary Tree, SoQ and the competition between them are just a metaphor model created by Otto. They’re not 100% true, their model, their relationship is just like how the devs said. It can’t be described by a 3 dimensional being, even I as a real person find it’s difficult to actually draw the model based on all the context I have. I’ve seen other people drawing of the cosmos, but yeah, none of them are correct.

Dr.MEI's mechas were stomping triple digit Herrschers back in Era:Zero iirc and Otto's artificial Herrschers aren't exactly slouches either. Otto's flying fortress that he used to unalive Cecilia in front of Kiana could probably blast a good chunk of the Herrschers by itself though I guess given Otto did use it to blast best girl Jyahnar, I suppose that's probably a bit of an unfair fight in the first place.

Honestly the reason why i think GGZ and HI3 is higher than HSR and GI rn is because even if their story only happened in one world, there are the confirmed existence of beings from outside the imaginary tree (universe). Those beings can manipulate the said tree and that are trying to destroy their world and trying to "embrace" them respectively.

And Welt, didn't indicate that they can instantly incinerate whole but he said An Overlord can incinerate a galaxy. Galaxy, according to the IPC radio, it said that Zephyr "completely" destroyed that galaxy.

If these Aeons are really that powerful, how come we didn't know them from the HI3 and GGZ. Don't believe from the others that these two games only at planetary or solar system lvl. Because if you play the game, some characters travelled to other dimensions, other worlds like Sa, Su, and even Sugars and they didn't even encountered them, even one. Like Su stated at Sumeru manga, all he went worlds are completely destroyed by the Honkai, so he knows its honkai not other way around.
If we can calculate, maybe Aeons are only at their universal lvl, not multiversal lvl. That's what I know.

For Genshin: Il Capitano is one of the stronger characters since he's considered one of the strongest mortals in Teyvat. Another character I'd say is powerful is Columbina thanks to Childe and Scaramouche's voice line saying that the traveler should watch out for her, and then with the theories of her being a seelie or one of the Primordial One's 4 shades, and then people saying that the Tsaritsa is probably one of the strongest archons in genshin

External gods are described only in "awakened" weapons. In the English translation (which was before the servers were closed) it was called Kizuna.Kizuna have a separate plot and lore, about how the characters drawn on them go to the “Babylon Academy”. Yog Sothoth, Azazoth, Nyarlathotep, Siegfried (This is a girl who owns a business, like a cafe, not to be confused with Kiana’s father), etc. are only students/teachers/residents of the so-called “Babylon”.

I love Honkai, but its scaling is so damn huge and sometimes braindead to the point where if someone tries to have a valid argument with me, then I just shove Kiana in their face and leave since she bodies too many people outside of her verse.
E.g. some idiot was just ignoring my valid claims on how Bankai Yamamoto can kill Sasuke because of the hella high heat, but the argument somehow delved into him just spamming "Sasuke Solos" so I just said "Yog Solos" and he didn't know who she was so I just told him to search it up then I annoyed him with "Yog solos" the whole time and added "Imagine getting whooped by a child but you're an adult 💀" until he got pissed off and didn't answer anymore 💀.

@aimanasyraf5657 I'm talking about a statement from his in-game boss description. You're forgetting that Kevin combined Project Stigma AND his Mantis form with the AoF. That's why he is stronger than her in CE. If she returned in CE, she would wipe him easily, and he knew it. That's why he started the project to begin with to avoid a direct fight with her. He is only stronger than her PE form, and only because of him combining his own strength with the authority of Finality. Had HoTE broken out of Project Stigma somehow, she would have low diffed him with ease. Again, the point of Project Stigma was to avoid a direct fight against the Final Herrscher and either A, Kevin defeats the trio and continues Project Stigma, or B, Kiana takes his authority and takes the PE Herrscher's place as the new Finality of CE. All of what was done was specifically to avoid fighting HoTE a second time, as it would have been game over. So, while CE Kevin is stronger than HoTE's PE incarnation, her return in CE would make her naturally stronger than the last time, and Kevin wouldn't have stood a chance. Make sense?

@IveBeenWithBruma I'm afraid they will make her stronger than Finality, and that would break the current canon as well as Honkai Verse as a whole, as the concept of Finality/End comes from Ggz. I'm hoping Kiana isn't involved too much as they would have to create a villain strong enough to threaten her if she gets involved. I just want them to focus on the new cast instead.

@ichan9450 I honestly hope there aren't any other than Ggz characters. They would have to nerf Kiana for someone to threaten her in Hi3 universe. She beat a dude that is canonically stronger than HoTE, at least her PE body, and had to break the 4th wall to defeat the AoF. Kiana has gone through enough and is near omnipotent atm. Like I said, the only way someone threatens her is if Hoyo nerfs/retcons her level of power. That or someone takes her power and uses it against her. At this point, the only other being that could threaten her is the OG Finality herself, but she is in perma hibernation right now, and her old body is just a corpse on the moon. Making any other Cocoon out there stronger than Finality wouldn't make sense and would be kinda dumb. Kiana is Hoyo's baby. It would feel weird for her not to be the most powerful being in the Hi3 universe.

Herrscher of Sentience have ability almost same Swarm/Tazzyronth in Argenti story, seal memory just like Memokeeper/Remembrance.

No, there is no proof for that. Also, even if that is true, Kiana's dimensionality is above that of the Imaginary Tree and SoQ, as it was stated that her authority transcends all dimensions. There's also the Outer Gods who exist above the Tree and SoQ as a whole and exist above all concepts and laws, as well as time and space. Aha doesn't make it past his own universe.

They can't handle the fact that destruction capabilities isn't the only deciding factor in a fight.
Some even says that Welt is weak asf in HSR(which is true if you compare him to his prime) but doesn't realize that he basically one tapped TB when they lost control of their Stellaron (that's at least planetary level) and he's at 1% of his max power
One of the main reasons why is because of the designs, Aeons actually felt like actual Gods some even resembles gods in the religions of the world like Yaoshi somewhat resembles Shiva and Fuli looking like the jade emepror, while the herrschers are basically women with too much revealing skins with OP powers.
Well if we take somebody as Wendy (hi3rd), so it's true. She was just too weak (or we can say they get rid of her right after awakening, so she doesn't power up probably).
I also agree that sizes and destruction capability didn't saying who will win. But also we can say, that some aeons much more stronger than others, just we don't know how exactly, if they will cable on same tricks with SoQ and IT as herrshers, then we can make more accurate comparison.

With that large looking Chuthulu body scares me if it's going to be a new clone of her/him/it. Yog Sothoth can easily destroy and create the imaginary trees. She's literally like Doomsday from DC with the clones.
GGZ maybe sometimes a little too overwhelming with the info us saying it'll destroy the others but that's only because the outer gods exist. They have more free will and limitless to do whatever they want.
