Sir I have a query regarding upcoming nExt exam . If anyone pass next 1 which gives him/her the license along with score for pg admission and complete their internship but fails in next 2 , he have to wait 1year and rewrite the next 2 exam to get pg.(correct me if I'm wrong) So my qst is in this 1 year gap he have to sit at home and prepare or he will get to do Housestaffship while studying as general (now). Pls solve my doubt Sir .

Had two doubts regarding them, it would really be helpful if your could throw some light on these, 1st - Which version do your prefer for standard books, the international or the South Asian one? 2nd- In case of Gray's Anatomy, 5th edition is the latest one but comes with a hefty price of around 6k, can I go for the immediate older version? (And also I am a bit confused here too, the versions again come with labels of "International" and the one where "Gray's" is labelled on the vertical left side of the front page) . And lastly thankyou for all the advice and mentorship you provide. We are really grateful for that. ❤

Aap ek baar gir pe video bana sakte ho kya....aut dusra electrolyte correction....baki to muze padke ajata h...matlab being non pg ...but working as peadiatrician...since few years....to bahot help ful hoga....🙏abhi pichle hufehi ek iugr tha ,38wk with birth wt 1.5kg...with true umbilocal cord knot,which was missed on usg....n after 4hours pf life ,baby wemt in hypoglycaemia,n i required to give hydrocort n gir of 10....but ...n able to wean off till gir of 8only... In next 2days...n thereafter my duty changed..n md peads continued ...n again me in last 5n 6th days.. ...they said i wad right for first 2days only,but not on 3rd day...bit fortunately third day started in there dutu....but in last days,they didnt guide me,but,i have,dome,everuthing to stabilze its rbs,n ,then they say,refer him,n i refered him,successfully,without casulty on my part....as 7days after we can think of resistant hypoglacaia n,firther investigation,sr cortisol,insulin levels,n,pancreatic defects....n i m in less resource setup...though in delhi...neat rail way station ,my hospital...but i teferred him to lnjp ....so requesting u for gir part n fluid n electrolite part concepts....hope u will consider....kyunki humare to md peads seniors bhi sedentary ho gaye h....bas duty karni h unko. Salary k liye....kyunki upsc se petmanant h...aur kam bhi nahi karna...unka aisa chal bhi jayega...lekin non pg ka nahi....koi to kuch help kar de humari bhi....ki mehnat to hum bhi karte h...lekin ab yato pg degree nahi ya guidence nahi ya utna talent nahi...ki khudse padke karle...isiliye ispe sochiye aap....plz....motivation to thik h....lekin kuch facts h...yeaching bahot kam h...is fieldme....🙏

Nelson is a very bulky book I doubt anyone will be able to grasp all the concepts in their first or second read

Both International and SAE versions are the same, the only difference will be SAE will be priced at a lower price
