Binding Flashforge Adventurer 5M to Flashforge Account

I got this printer 4 days ago, each day i have had multiple issues binding and connecting. Very frustrating.
Then I've only been able to send one print over after dozens of attempts. About to send this machine back.

I have never had an issue connecting and sending prints to the printer. Please see the following video. I hope it helps.
