I honestly don’t relate too much to this description. I’m a Scorpio sun & Venus . I don’t like flashy things. I can add a pop of color here and there, but I like to stick mainly with neutral colors. I am aware of my tendency for arrogance and elitism and so I am actually pretty quiet and don't speak often. I would say a leo rising does not demand attention that would be Leo Sun rather we get attention regardless. There is also a constant feeling of having a spotlight on us.
I think it does. I think you have to look at other factors if this isn't indicative of you. Example: Sun in 12th w/Leo Rising. Your Rising Sign is how you behave around others in social situations. You might be the life of the party to cover up a more serious side of yourself. It's not your true self.

I don't understand what you're saying. What did I say that you found negative? You DO realize that there are many influences in the chart, right? It sounded like you are saying that you pretend to be like a Leo to project more confidence. If so, that's exactly the function of the Rising Sign! So it's weird for me, specially because I don't have any planets in first house, just ascendant, and we know that leo and aquarius are opposite....And it is a lot to deal with, i'll be getting the attention even when I don't want it, my aquarius introvert side would always be pushed aside by leo's extrovert side. Like I just want to be unseen sometimes but that is almost impossible because of leo side. And people would see me as arrogant and attention seeker, when in real life I was battling with self-esteem and self love for a long time, but people would never guessed it. And like I said it have some good advantages but also lot of disadvantages, it's hard to deal with it and also balancing both signs can be nightmare..

Its about the angles as well. Do they like attention? I think its more about the heart... the spirit. The sun is dominant there because in July the sun is the closest to the earth and its most hot at that time. So its about the Ego. The ego can be damaged more since the sun is potent and represents the sun's heart that always wants to keep shining. When they use that power to uplift others and inspire with love not the need to be famous than they are evolved like a true leader.

I appear as a very mysterious person. Probably because I have sun in pieces in 8th house, so my chart ruler is in 8th house. I don’t look or dress like a typical Leo rising. I’ve always been extremely shy and “invisible” in the community. Even as a child I don’t remember myself acting as a Leo rising. Why is it like that?
