Stand up, applaud and give this man the fecking Oscar for best short film. I thought Graham Chapman dressed up as the Major was going to come on at one point and say it has all got a bit too stupid. FANTASTIC!
Thank you Dan, appreciate it! (It almost started with a 'Now for something completely different' but organising the location I wanted was too difficult)
After years of watching YT videos about railways, industrial history and explorations of relics found on old maps, and always being disappointed at the glaring inaccuracies of so many of those videos, my faith in human nature is at last restored. This is THE hystorical video that I have been craving for SO long. Thank you so much for the painstaking research needed to produce and present this masterpiece and congratulations on achieving a perfect rating of 100% measured against the ISO9001 "Factuality and Functionality Specification" for online content (commonly abbreviated as FFS)
A most thorough and welcome insight into the background of a sadly underutilised and much maligned railway, in part funded by my long lost ancestor. Nobody ever did discover where he disappeared to in Jantober 1879th. Signed Sir Ahittybums IV. BSc, ABC, BBQ, BBC, ASDF JKL;
Cracking vid, brilliant take-off of the more "factual" railway vids on YT. Gave me a moment of concern to start with as I thought the LSECWJ&C[nitIoW]R was a missing part of my historical rail knowledge :D That Penge substance is a seriously untapped resource these days...
What is this "My Final Video" nonsense"??????? Sorry, you can't do that. I mean, I only just found your channel a month ago, and it has been a real breath of fresh air. At the very least, you had better be planning a sequel to this, or maybe two; and a prequel too. Great stream of consciousness, provided me with flashbacks of Monty Python sketches, Fawlty Towers, and Alan Whicker; yes, I did say Alan Whicker. Whatever you were imbibing really worked!!! So go and f-off and start working on the sequel. Cheers, Ian
There are far too many well-researched, professionally produced and factually-correct videos about disused railway lines on TH-cam so let's try to move away from that situation as quickly as possible. We need a lot more totally fictitious explorations of the British countryside and definitely a lot more about the secret but important role of squirrels in the rise and fall of the railway age.
Thank you and yes, the squirrels have been manipulating our transport infrastructure for their own devious means for too long now - it is time to uncover the truth!

@@davekirwin It would require you lying on a desk in a gorgeous white two piece swimsuit on a beach.
What a tremendously bonkers film! A new subscriber.
Why, thank you kindly. * bows *

Thank you Vernon. I worked long and hard to ensure I matched the ISO9001 standard and to be as accurate as possible.
Well done Dave. Only just came across this little gem. Simon.
Thanks Simon!

Thank you. So nice to hear from a decendant of those great Victorian madmen.

Thanks Ed, glad you liked it. Sometimes it's good to stop and remind outselves to have a laugh about our interests. :)
This is a masterpiece. Well done sir.
*bows* Thank ye kindly squire!
This is, somewhat weirdly, genius!
High praise indeed.
