I'm wondering where you would mount a microphone.
I have a S5iix also. There's no place to mount a XLR adapter.

How about with a gimbal for smooth work? whats the setup for that

Does this V mount charge the camera while camera is turned off? I have a Neewer one and it turns off if camera sleeps or gets turned off. it does not automatically start either unless I take the cord out and put it back in. This is using USB-C to USB-C

Did you experienced any ground loop issue powering the camera and the monitor with the same V Mount battery? Like we get doing this with the BMPCC camera, for example, where the HDMI port fries

Not at all! I didn’t know it was an issue

@@ArberBaqaj yes it was a big problem on the BMPCC serie
And I heard that someone did have the same issue with a mirrorless camera

I production respect and love 99.9% of everything you do sir!! Except that last bit about your aluminium tripod being better than your carbon fiber one.. : )
