Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Wondering how you set the camera up for hybrid photo / video shooting?
It's actually quite simple! It just takes a turn of the dial from M mode (for photography) and C1-C3 for video. The beauty of it is when you're in M mode, it saves your photography settings so you can switch to video mode and then back to your previous photography settings quickly
Hi! Great video, thx! Question: How can i adjust the shutter speed quickly when shooting in the "movie manual mode" on a panasonic lumix S5IIX camera? Right now it is splitting ut every shutterstop to tenths of a second which is super annoying
Haha, found it. This was the syncho scan setting that I forgot to turn off, as recommended in one of the first steps.

thanks... tried to follow along but at 7.15 you started showing your custom settings without show us how you got there? Still confused to how you got to that fn9 page? Just some feedback..
I’ll have to rewatch how I did this because I’m pretty sure I showed how I set it up and how you navigate getting to those settings. If not, I can definitely do an update on this
Ok I see what you mean. So what I should’ve added here was “in order to set a custom button, you have to hold down that physical button until the options pop up that you want to set”
I liked the settings, thank you, but the camera shoots 6k, why did I forget it in the settings?
Why did I forget it in the settings? I don’t shoot in 6k mostly because I get a great enough image in 4k especially for socials. 6k is overkill in most applications

Bro committed a crime by perfectly leveling the s5iix in frame, but leaving his actual video camera off level 😂

@@KevinLe idk bro, the frame on the LCD perfect matched the level on the post thing going up and down on the right of the frame, but the actual shot didn’t match it.
There’s two possibilities:
1. I’m just kinda stupid (highest likelihood)
2. Lens warp or something.
Either way, watched the whole video and loved it man. Keep it up!

@@elicole8047 you’re very likely right about #2 actually. I believe I was shooting with my 14-24 lens and there’s going to be some warping
