What tires do you have on the back? I cannot find any that fit the stock rear wheel

Here go to this link, it will tell you in the first comment what the stock settings for it are, and further down and into the second page, they start talking about what some people will custom set it to for the 700xx. Also if you think something may be wrong with it, you can simply just unplug it from the injector, and plug the stock plug back directly into the fuel injector without the programmer plug inbetween the 2 (leaving the programmer unplugged) , and it will be running on the stock fuel map again. just make sure not to revert back to the stock fuel map permanently if you have exhaust work or intake work done because it will run really lean without it.

It is the Fuel Injection Optimizer, whenever you get an aftermarket intake or exhaust system, your bike will start to run a really lean fuel mixture depending on the system and the bike, carbureted models will need what is called re-jetting to increase the amount of fuel the engine is getting in order to fix the fuel/air ratio. Since this is a fuel injected ATV, you have to get a fuel optimizer to fix the ratio given it dosn't have a carburetor. Anytime you make changes to how easy the air flows into or out of an engine, you have to keep this ratio in mind, as changes to the amount of fuel delivery may need to be adjusted. The programmer just tells the injector to push more fuel in, and it is tune-able via buttons on the programmer. Running an engine lean will make it run hotter and less effectively, so it is very important. And yes there was a very noticeable difference in the power gain, in the video i actually almost hit one of the fences because i wasn't used to how much more power i got out of the system. I couldn't tell you exactly how much Horsepower that would be but the gain is defiantly close to what HMF advertised it would be.
