J’aurais une question concernant cette machine, au quotidien est-ce qu’il est préférable de l’éteindre en fin de journée afin de la rallumer pour le lendemain? Merci beaucoup!
Hi Nicoli! There is no standard volume for a double shot. Depending on the coffee, it may be advantageous to brew with more or less water to optimize the flavor.
You can program the Appia Life Auto steam to finish at different temperatures, but you can only run one program at a time. In contrast, the Aurelia Wave has two programmable options per steam wand, as does the Eagle One.
There is an internal pump that generates pressure for extraction, but you do need a way to move water into the machine. Generally this is done by connecting to the municipal water supply, which is under pressure. If the machine is drawing from a water reservoir (like a 5 gallon jug or something) then yes, you would need to buy a pump to move the water from the jug to the machine. Check out Caffewerks pump/accumulators on our website if you need one!
I have had good luck with this machine. It is installed in our mobile truck. It keeps up with our volume much better than our single group Apia did. I’ve had no troubles with this machine.
One of worst machine. Have been using in our very low volume cafe. Absolutely horrible. Pulled shot weight is very inconstant. So is auto programmed hot water. Extremely high steam flow. Water flow rate is no where near remmended. Mother board, lights and swiches broke in less than a year. They gave me unraised grouphead, and cups don't fit in. No distinction in model number when you order between raised group head. Highly NOT recommend.
@@NSWvet83 they have same model one as raised group head where you can take espresso shot directly on a cup. The model I was given (number is same) has lowered group head. Where you can only fit and espresso cup and low latte cup.
Im saving to buy this and open .y own coffee shop

@@eazy1987 as coffee shop owner who's life became hell with this lousy machine. I will highly recommend not to buy this.
Great video. We have the same machine in our mobile stand we just got so learning about it. Also may I ask what make and model is that grinder?
Glad you enjoyed it! The grinder is the Mahlkonig E65S GbW.

We recommend leaving the machine turned on in a commercial environment.
Hi, Thank you for the video and could you help me? How can I unblock the machine. It already block I cannot reset.
Would you mind advising what is the recommended dose for this machine original portafilter? (I noticed you dose 16.5g. in the video.)
16-18g is a good approximate range.
I'm not a professional and I have a question, why do we need to program double shot if we already have it?
Hi Nicoli! There is no standard volume for a double shot. Depending on the coffee, it may be advantageous to brew with more or less water to optimize the flavor.
Will the machine alert the user that it needs time to reheat?
No, it will not. It will operate continually regardless of temperature.
Sir. Is there any problem if we use tape instead of Spring in Portafilter to hold portafilter basket?
The tape probably won't withstand the heat and water very long, but it won't hurt anything.
What grinder is the one used ?
The Mahlkonig E65S GbW
can you change the temp of the auto milk

Do we need to turn off the machine everyday if we don’t use it for more than 8hrs?
No, it never needs to be turned off.
@@primacoffeeequipment ok, how about the cleaning? I can do it everyday? Thanks
@@kathleenarbiol1473 Of course. Backflushing with Cafiza at the end of every day is great practice.
@@primacoffeeequipment ok thanks for the info.
Does it need a water pump?

Thank you for the video. The manual that comes with the machine is absolutely horrible to understand for programming purposes.
Happy to help clarify things!
How are you liking the machine?
But you search a video on youtube and its 2 minutes, the machine is really great!

Dose weight? This isn't a grinder. Do you mean the pull weight?
This doesn't make sense. Seems like you're talking about a grinder then the group heads are very high up. They don't come with lowered group heads
@@NSWvet83 we take weight based shots(liquids) not volume. I am not talking about grinder.

@NSWvet83 sorry yes I meant pull weight.
