ingredients:-
.250 gm red kidney beans
2 onions
3 tomatoes
3 tsp desi ghee
3 bay leaf
2 black cardamom
4 cloves
2 tsp chop garlic
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1 pinch garam masala powder
chop fresh coriander
.150 gm basmati boil rice
2 tsp desi ghee
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
chop coriander
