He didn’t seem like he was into the dodge and drifting if you wanna be able to drift and handle it better have it all front wheel drive it will kick out the back end easier around the corners but need to know when to get back on or you gonna be swaying for a little bit before he car gets over 110 speed
The best off-road/rally car is the Pontiac. It's extremely fast when upgraded (no ultimates needed or new engines) and it's visual customs are great, there's exoskeleton roll cages, light bars, side exhausts and you can remove the roof to put a roll cage inside of it. 11/10!

8:00 - Love the Carbon reference.
I used my RX7 through the entire story mode (almost) and it looked so good in the cutscenes I didn't have much money but it can now do 200mph (barely)
Toyota Supra Boi supras are cool
I used my focus the whole game the thing is a monster
That car hits 234 the easiest with Engine swap (Rx7). Took a lot more for me to get my Viper and R8 to 400+, 234mph. Required a lot less Ultimate parts for the Rx7 too. My r8 is the only car I got to perfect 10’s on all 4 categories aside from that Koenigsegg tho.

After I unlocked all the ultimate+ parts I bought a GT2 RS to customize and mess around w, and that car is awesome, especially for newbies, turns nimble and accurate af.
I like how everyone is complaining about the lambo engine swap in the charger. Literally everyone in forza does that. Every tune you by is pretty much v12 and awd swapped
But people also complain about that in Forza

@@TheKhaos85 Guys. It's literally just a name, different stats and sound. I too am a purist and like to keep things clean and OEM but this is just a fucking video game where swaps are pretty much mandatory to progress.
I almost wish you couldnt V12 swap in Forza, sounds shit, and ridiculously overpowers every car that can use the engine, its just dumb 🤣 same goes for NFS.
You can win most of the races and grind with the 718 poorshe, A very well balanced car when tuned and not dumb fast to control like most of the other exotics.

Iv been using a cuda as a off-road car. It’s a beast. Super op with the all off-road parts cause it’s got such a huge potential hp on the stock engine. And it’s like 20k credits

I recommend to also try a Mercoury Cougar in this game.
When you set it up to ultimate engine parts and drift/showcase setup and use the speed-X tires it's really epic!
It's the closest thing you can get to experience driving a hovercraft, especially on the oval. It's really great fun and it can keep up as well.

IT is soo u realistic that an old RSR can be that fast. IT is not a supercar made for speed in shape and it can not fit a motor that powerful. Unrealistic and overpowered. Makes No sence

Aki Kimura's RX-7 is another NFS Icon car they need to start implementing His car is just perfect I love his RX-7 and the fact he made a comeback in Payback as an actual boss with a voice and personality made his car even more epic

It actually has better acceleration with the right engine. But the rsr has better cornering and keeps the speed on turns better than the Lancer. But if you are a really good Lancer driver you can beat all average rsr players.
Great video. What parts are you using on the Dodge charger? Only tried the Corvette and rx7 so far for driftig, heard the Viper are good aswell for counter steering, got it in race build atm so must try it for drift aswell as the charger :)

Justeatingcheese you know the game lets you set waypoints to the collectibles. You have to access it thru the progression menu
You can do a google search on where you can find all collectibles...there is a map already with that

If you want to remake Cross' Vette you need to do it on the C6 Z06, not the C7 GS.

Quick tip, in drifting, I think it’s more about style not speed, so start with a low level car, like the s13 you can get in the beginning, or you can buy it. That way you can learn to stay on the track lol
A good thing about Heat is the engine swaps. One of them (available in most cars) is also the exact engine used in the M3 GTR. You want the sweet, sweet whine of those gears? You can get them in your car.

I'd also recommend Ferrari F40, Mazda MX5(new one), Porsche 918(drift build), Ford GT, Pagani Huayra, Nissan Skyline 2000GTR, Nissan 180SX(if not already owned), Honda NSX NA1 and finally the Nissan 240Z.
All these are fun to drive and mess around. I built 58 cars so far and I regret only about 8 or 9 builds so far. Am enjoying the game a lot! I did a montage lately using about 40 of my cars, check it out if u wanna.

@@benstacey5709 building a few undrivable cars like the Chevy Colorado, VW Beetle, Dodge Challenger, Nissan 350Z, Nissan GTR and probably a few others as well. Their handling is rough and even after trying to tweak it, you don't change it much.

Oddly enough I use 3 cars each having their own upgrades. I use a Mazda RX-7 for Circuits and Sprints as well as main missions, I use a Mustang '85 for Offroad races then a Nissan 370Z Heritage for drifting.
Part of the fun for me on this game is to use cars differently than intended. For example, bmw convertible off road car, 70 cuda drift car, 55 bel air track car to name a few

@@CapnMoganFreeman I'm honestly a little miffed over how nerfed the trans am is. Other than an off road build, I've used it for track, rally, and drift, and it was just mediocre. I find the hp rating a bit dodgy considering its base engine of a 400 big block should be in par with the rest of the muscle cars in the game.

R34 GTR with Ultimate+ parts, Track Tires and Differential is my preferred car to survive the Heat.
Yeah it’s good but it isn’t all that great when it comes to track racing, mainly when certain angles are more for drift than grip

RageGamer YT I agree the corvette engine is generally the best swap into the European sports cars, the V10 viper engine I believe makes some of the cars lose their handling ability. Except for one car, the PAGANI, the V10 VIPER engine turns this car into a MONSTER, a roadway bully! Try it!😁

what are you using on your RX7? I have mine maxed out using the forged wankle but I dont get that smooth cornering the way you did. I dont understand. I can kill every drift even but I'm never that smooth.

I started with the e30 m3 then got a 09 Evo then RX7 to drift. Next will probably be the Audi R8 bc stock engine is just fine and No swaps will be any better plus 200+ mph.

Only cars you really need are the Porsche for Track, Evo for Track or Offroad and the Dodge Viper for Drift
