The van looks nice.
I worry that heavy butcher block counter top would be a death sentence for the driver in a fender bender. How well is it attached to the structure of the van? With just caulking and some wood screws?
Make sure you have good liability coverage for your business. Hope its an LLC.

The countertop is securely held in a way that still allows for the wood to expand and contract for longevity. I’ve also learned from case studies where van builds have been in accidents. I’m in good conscience about every van I send off.
