Thank you very much for describing the symptoms from the beginning of the video! It was directrly my problem and now I can solve it by simply exchange that hanger.
I bought 2 derailleur hangers on eBay for $25. I waffled on the idea of getting a park tool style alignment tool and may still do so in the future if I bend another one. It’s crazy how much a small, flimsy piece of alloy can totally mess up your shifting
In fairness to small flimsy pieces of alloy, it’s just the messenger. What messed up your shifting is the low-speed crash that happened when you forgot to unclip at the stop light 😅
yo bro today I changed 2 first gear n my derrailier just bent upwards, but I fixed it but derrailier is massively bent n can't go past 2nd gear, this helped alot thanks
