Update: it’s done! Stoked with the outcome. Wasn’t patient enough to order a new grill, but I sanded and repainted mine with a matte green and it came out stellar. Thanks for the motivation!
I cannot find the grille on AliExpress. All the ones on eBay come without the emblem. Do you happen to know what year GX460 the emblem is from? Apparently it changed once or twice.
I haven't notice any wind noises with the bumper cut. As for the MPG I felt like I've have a leak in my gas tank since the day I bought it LOL. But no I haven't noticed any MPG difference with the cut.
Ray, Did you have problems with your Blizzard White paint? If so, did Lexus do anything about it? We have a 2008 GX470 and the pai t is peeling. The trim and grill look great!!! R, Jim
I haven't had issues with peeling on its own yet but when I did my headlight restoration. I left the blue masking tape for a couple days and it peeled off small bits of paint around there. Thanks btw!
My hands are hella shaky, i barely trust myself LOL I know a guy that could cut it for you locally if you really need it cut aha. He has way steadier hands. He used to do a bunch of bumper cuts 2 years ago.

For the grille, what are the chances the chrome surround off the OEM grille fits on the F-Sport style grille?
I'd have to check but the grille for the F sport style grille is off a GX460

I'm not sure i know they share pretty much the same chassis from the 2nd half. I would ask the company you're going for to confirm.
