Mike Humphrey well the medic actually messed up taking them out before Gavin said something. He pulled with the string and the string broke.

Finally the official vid. People were uploading this clip and running their own ads on it, which is just slimey considering they were using this content created for ExtraLife4Kids, to get a few bucks of revenue for themselves.

TheOdd101 I found people that did. I mentioned it to the channel people, just that it seemed wrong, and got my comments deleted. There's one thing about creating awareness, but after the fact and monetizing it, which they had, is just as I said to the channel owners, a little bit slimey. I run a YT channel, I know how ads placement works. RT isn't going to bother taking the time, and I wasn't pounding on the channel owners, I just simply left a message with them saying, dude, that's gross.
I can see Michael being real tough bastard in his old age.

Man this is a lot worse than I remembered. I don't think I noticed Michael barely being able to say stop on the second tazing. Jack may have gone just a little too long on that one lol.
It's a fixed timer, they mentioned it on a podcast at a later date. Also I'm pretty sure most tasers are, to prevent overkill on whatever is hit. Once that trigger is pulled it's 5 seconds and stop.
There are two types of "shocks" with a taser once it has been deployed. There is a "timed" shock where the user taps the trigger and it sends out a continuous shock for a short period. Then there is the manual shock where the user can hold the trigger for a prolonged shock if necessary.
Like remington mentioned above, they discussed it in a later Podcast (I think in an Off Topic one) where Jack said he had only used the "timed" shock out of fear of shocking Michael too much. He said once he hit the trigger, he took his hand off the trigger and just let the timed shock go because he didn't want to seriously hurt Michael. Jeremy even said something like he got worried that Jack was holding the trigger down when Michael was trying to tell him to stop...Jeremy said he panicked a little and was about to tell Jack to stop, not knowing it was a timed shock.

micheal is a goddamn beast. I believe police have to go through this in the academy, right? I heard the have to experience being tased, tear gas, and pepper sprayed.
If you are going to be a police officer or some sort of MP (military police) I think, part of your training is you have to be both tazed and pepper sprayed so you know how it feels and know how to react in the event a suspect happens to get their hands on your equipment and attempt to use it against you.
Michael will forever be legendary for this. I wouldn't do this in a million years.

That M26 sucks. The pulse rate on it is slower than most taser models so it feels so much worse than a X26, X26P, X2, or X3. Those feels like full body cramps, the M26 feels like you whole body getting punched over and over again.

Micheal Vincent Jones is one of the most prolific and talented members in all of Rooster Teeth. He started out as the Rage Quit Guy, then he got with Lindsay and straightened out, did all these charity streams where he puts himself through massive amounts of pain and discomfort, now he’s a father of 2 and one of the longest lasting members of Achievement Hunter. Live long and slay assholes, Mogar. Even after you eventually leave Rooster Teeth, you will be remembered.

I had respect for Michael before but after seeing him do this, he is one of the most caring, badass people I have ever known. My respect for him has grown ten fold and it actually is sad that the next day people were only talking about drunk Gus and Jack/Matt shaving. This deserved more admiration because he literally put himself in pain and his life on the line. Those damn things can puck you up and there have been incidents of tasers killing. You're conflating two rather different things though. The games he is afraid of scare him for psychological reasons. This is just physical pain. Some people will be afraid of physical pain but they're not intrinsically linked.
Django Cribbs yeah I'm well aware of this. Which is why I made light of it with stupid and scared. I did nine years of psychology in university I can explain in great detail the similarities and the differences of the two from an academic standpoint. I was just making light after watching him hurt himself for charity. No need to start a huge TH-cam debate. I can guarantee I understand this better than you need or can explain. I really just wanted to blow off some stress of watching a person purposefully do that to themselves.
