Will's view of the 12 13 is fairly grounded and refreshing - from one of the most astute and smartest centres England ever had. In the day he and Tindall would swap round during a game depending on what they thought was best.
Interesting to hear about the England boys who are still pretty fit. I know in Wales the likes of Shane Williams does the Tenby Ironman every year. Along with a few others.
George North was another winger that transitioned pretty well to 13. I think he had a solid shot at making the 2021 Lions had it not been for injury right before the tour.
Love listening to Will.

What a much better programme without Haskell.
Sad but true!
@davidnewell1917 The repeated 10sec fast forward x 6, x 2 wasn't needed!
Will is a great pundit
From the ‘03 journos, yours truly and Alex Spink (Daily Mirror at the time) are pretty active on Strava!
No problem for England with all their talent - pitch up, do some pushups, smash NZ and SA. Never heard such crap in many years.
Bless. Imagine watching foreign podcasts looking to be offended.
@@clemfandango619 Not offended at all - just amazed at the lack of rugby knowledge by the participants.
oh and France....
England unbeaten at twickenham between '97 and '03....guess he forgot about the 3 matches against boks, all blacks and wallabies...
He does specify the main team of '03 didn't lose at home in that period but they dropped some games after losing key players.
@@jbmboy so that doesn't include the '99 game against the all blacks....
@@seancurran7215 I didn't google it but maybe? What have you found?
@@seancurran7215 I didn't fact check the man. What did you find?
@@jbmboy Also due to twickenham being renovated they played their home games at wembley and we all know what happened against Wales in '99...
England might win all 4 but they are playing last years WC finalists they could easily play very well and lose 2 or even 3 games
England won 1 wc 100 years ago and u can’t watch these old man talk without talking about back in their days🤦🏾♂️ so old
First World Cup was 1987, rubzy. So you're only 79 years out.
