- Sitar Maestro Ustad Shahid Parvez plays a drut teetaal composition in the morning Raag Gujri Todi based on a vocal bandish composed by Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan. It requires a true maestro to play such a fast-paced composition without compromising the clarity and volume of each note. The taans and the subsequent jhala fully express and extend the intensity of emotion captured in the composition and the raag. Shri. Hindole Majumdar provides tabla accompaniment.
