Brenda and Jason talk at the PCPD. He says they need to stay married so they can't testify against each other in court. He promises her they'll get an annulment the minute the trial is over. Scotty Baldwin comes up and grills them. They leaves and go outside to a bunch of reporters questioning them. Sonny, Carly and Courteney watch on TV. Jason tells the reporters that Brenda is innocent.
