  • A visit to Hèya Ywama Village to pay homage to the famous Hpaungdaw Oo (at the bow of the royal barge) Pagoda where a Shan Shinbyu (Poy Sang Long in Shan for novitiation ceremony) has just arrived. After a hearty lunch of the renowned local fare - Hnapyanjaw (twice-fried tofu fritters) & Htaminjin (fermented rice), rice noodles, snipe and carp from the lake - on to the Jumping Cat Monastery, before heading back to the hotel in Yawnghwe (Nyaungshwe).
