Legit great guide, I think the main thing holding you back rn is your presentation tbh. I'm watchin this on mobile and trying to see your inv setup is like killing my eyes tho. The EdBoyz (sp?) do a great job showing the visualization for them and help a lot esp if I'm just trying to do a quick refresh on how I want to do a boss.
Hey brother, truly world class content. Your intro to the slayer wildy guide cracked me up (sprinkling of iron men…). Do you recommend unlocking the boss slayer unlock? Non wildy slayer typically suggest keeping it locked, but I’m chomping at the bit for some on task wildy bossing!
I like to use the new hunter sunlight crossbow instead of a rune crossbow for anti pking, slightly higher dps I believe, its a 3 tick weapon, and the animation stalling can help make your movement less predictable
I enjoy the sun hunters crossbow too but I find the runecross to be over all more reliable and threatening. But the sun hunters cross is really good with a voidwaker. So definitely a preference thing.
Love the wildnerness content. I was strictly a pker from 2006 to 2014. Now I'm a pvmer with a wildy based hardcore, the only tip I have to disagree with is slayer helm on task for calverion / vetion. The melee difference you said is not that big, in reality its huge. Nearly 5% increased attack and strength plus the additional bonuses of being able to wear a helm like serp that increases survivability or a str bonus helm for max hits
This does mostly effect the kills per hour and overall ease of the boss for lower lvl players. Obviously maxed players will have an easy time killing it with chainmace. But a low to mid tier iron without a wildy wep will definitely feel the difference
So I just ran the DPS calcs and it's a 10.934 DPS for slayer helm/glory vs 11.272 DPS for faceguard/salve ei. The slayer helm/glory setup is about 1% more accurate but salve/face guard has 3 more max hits. Which leads to time to kill of 25.4 seconds for slayer helm/glory and 24.8 seconds face guard/salve. Imo a .6 second kill time difference tells me the two are close enough in damage output for it to be up to preference. I would love to see what setups you're using and appreciate the comment, sir!
@@2small_paul that's kind of exactly what I said when it comes to mains with wildy weapons in my first comment. When you get into lower tier or mid game irons, you definitely notice the difference. When you're 65 attack and 70 str looking for supply drops or vw grind as I am now on my iron.
@@InstinctxInstinct ah gotcha. Yeah I've never played an iron. I imagine you just gotta do whatever works. You actually manage to get a chainmace or are you rocking a zombie axe? See a ton of irons using the axe there.
I only use that on stab tasks. Mixed hide is op if you have a stab weapon because it has bonus stab. It has negative crush and slash bonus however. It also has lower mage defense than black d'hide.

Im playing an iron and am 2.5k dry for the gem being my last vw piece. I remember when I finally got the blade at 2k calvarion kc really hoping that I would spoon the Spindel piece cause of how much worse that boss is compared to the other 2 😂😂😂
Toxic blowpipe is really dope. Just use the same setup just swap the craw's for a blowpipe and bring an ava's device/range cape. The new new sun hunter's crossbow would be good too with moonlight antler bolts.

Man I love the "like a boss" slayer perk. Gives you a chance to take the slayer helm in places you otherwise never would!
