Do you have an email I can share my police corruption to
Think I have heard that before! These are the kinds of things we see every day and you can't fix it with cops or courts. Here is my observation on the police officer. She had to keep him off the property if the grandma requested. So this falls on that. Any grandmother who would call police and work to keep one parent away from their grandchildren is the root problem. This needs to be a collaborative family issue putting the kids first- OUT of COURT . You did a great job explaining it !
Using kids as a way to hurt one another is just gross and sad. The kids are the ones that end up with lifelong issues
He should have filed kidnapping charges against grandparents, filed charges in home state for divorce, primary custody, and sent out Amber alert for kidnapping charges.
Women who manipulate law enforcement to keep the father from seeing the kids should lose custody and spend time in jail.
So basically a majority of women?
Irrelevant...That is why parenting agreements were invented. As much as I sympathize with this poor sap, I understand his ex's position; They have an "agreed upon". PT schedule; He can wait for his PT to give the kids their gifts...He is why many courts rule that exchanges are done away from their respective homes...
Has nothing to do with it. Fortunate/Unfortunate, this needs to be handled in domestic court; With many now ruling that both parties must meet somewhere else to prevent exactly this type of situation...Also why the local PD doesn't have (and shouldn't have), jurisdiction in civil cases...
Grandma kidnapping his kids. I've been through this before. What grandma is doing can be seen illegal!
DEADBEAT MOMS. The grandparents have all the right as far as keeping him off their property but have no rights
regarding the kids. Did the cop do a good job? If she testifies in court about them refusing to let him see the kids then yes, otherwise no.
That's a situation for his family atty; Not for the local PD, until the judge rules that way...
Right?... The whole time I'm watching this, I'm thinking why hasn't the mother been arrested for kidnapping the kid and bringing her across state lines?
Divorced parents must understand that when your kids turn 18 they can tell you to f' off. Make it right with those kids regardless of how your spouse & you interact!
The grandparent has NO CUSTODY rights. If the mother is not in that house, the grandparent has no legal right to withhold that man's children from him.
He needs an attorner ASAP.
They do AVE a say if they are minding the kids and the mum telling them not to let them go with the dad
He cant do anything without a court order; He needs to go there, and file; Not just show up! File a show cause; "Why are my children with a non interested party, when I want them?" Followed immediately by a right of first refusal motion...This is "custody 101"...
I had my inlaws weaponize the police against our marriage
Fellas. The best advice anyone can ever give you is to NEVER get married. It won't stop her from cheating on you. You can be a hardworking, faithful husband who sacrifices everything for his family and at any point, for any reason, she can just wake up one day and take the kids, the cars, the bank accounts and the house. And good luck fighting it.
Well tiny Diks shouldn't get married women pay for Big Dik with hubbies $$$$
that’s the cowards way out. Don’t rush into marriage, make damn sure the woman you choose to marry and procreate with is going to be loyal. They do exist
Cause men get their rights stripped
Sounds like the cop just helped with the kidnapping of his children. Don't care if she was nice and polite. She needs to be charged.
Bingo. Nice tyranny is still tyranny
It's a civil issue...especially without any orders....not a God damn thing they can do
Not even close! He needs to deal with this in family court.
I believe she’s looking for a way to make a arrest
I believe she was practicing law without a license
It's illegal to take children out of state without the other parent's approval.
Devin shoulda hired a lawyer and gone to family court. She cant just move to another state and take the kids wo approval of custody agreement from a judge.
Women do it ALL THE TIME, they do it before courts ever get involved.
Yes she can. My ex did, made up bullshit, and courts sided with her. She stole my children and took them across state lines. Because we were married it was legal.
@@scottmatznick3140 well maybe she can, but only with a judge’s approval (like to accept a job in another state, or to move back home with her parents and live with them and get free child care) but the father has the right to see his kids if he’s paying child support, and if she is the one that moved away, then she’ll have to meet him half way to swap the kids every other weekend. Or if they are old enough, she’ll pay to fly them to the father, and he’ll pay to fly them back. That burden to see his kids cant fall on the father alone.
@@tittyskillet3413yeah
@@scottmatznick3140but if you did what she did you would’ve got thrown in the slammer but im sorry that happened to you
Grandparents are worse than the mom.i don't know what went on but go to court. I don't say that often but do that instead of going to jail or UNALIVED
Parental Alienation. Read about it, America. Law enforcement DOES get involved.
But in this video he was trying to see his kids
I went through this with my ex wife. She would have been thrilled if I never saw my son again. But I won because I wouldn't give up. She even moved almost 3000 miles away again I still didn't give up. That's pure evil. I was a good father and now he's 50 years old and we're tight.
well spoken, she killed it. hope he sees his kids
The mom probably isnt their! So bring birth certificates! If there is no custody order then both parents have custody! Not the grandparents! If mom isn't there and dad is dad needs to request his children be released to him! And if the kids were born in a different state and mom fled with them to another state i believe thats parental kidnapping
The irony is that family court is broken in these three states NY (as a whole, main source of corruption) NJ (but not too messed up) and PA. You are totally right, people are suffering to put food on the table as is and the judicial system as greed as they are want to resolve battery like this with expensive lawyer/attorneys. Don't think for a second that the lawyers/attorneys won't milk you for all you got, they are just as guilty. The minute courts and lawyers went private, we have had no choice but to pay more in fees. Tell me I'm wrong.....
When my parents got divorced my mother was this exact same way and my father's solution was to come during the night and park right outside our windows on the street and wait for us to see him!
Doesn’t a parent need permission to take her children out of state.
Don't fall for the saccharine nice-cop routine. That cop was fishing for an admission of trespassing/harassment. She is not there to lift a damn finger for the Dad.
Mother can not take the kids out of state without fathers and courts approval.
We were so in love and have kids..Now we hate each other we have to let the kids suffer because Mommy and Daddy are no longer in love....🤷♂️..
Disgusting isn't it.
My heart is breaking for this man right now. Being an estranged Father that had his family ripped apart over baseless accusations and not seeing my daughter for the past 30yrs, I can sympathize. I hope they let this man be a part of his children’s lives. Good Luck to you sir. :’(
That mother should be ashamed of herself. Children shouldn't be used as pawns.
Kids always come last with mommy. Her pussy comes first.
Most women have no shame. Embarrass them and see their vile spirit rise..
Unfortunately it seems as I as though our children have basically just become bargaining chips and punishment tools 😭
I see that happen often.
He should have filed charges in Utah for her leaving the state with the kids.
Agreed
Married for 51 years! No family court and no death!
Nice
In 1987 I choose death. We're still here😊❤😂
🌴🌴🌴 What a very sad situation 😢😢. But I do give kudos to this officer for actually having a heart and dealing with him as nicely as possible. Thank you David for sharing the good cops out there because I know that they all can’t be little piggies 🐷.
Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
I've been married for 28 years and have only been married once.
Nice, been with Nate’s mom for 22 years now.
@@sanjoaquinvalleytransparency1 👍
After 42 years of marriage I think it's death till we part.
The officer did not follow the law if he has no custody order keeping him away that officer by law had to get his children out of that house
She definitely is not a neutral character she is not on his side . To me Serve and Protect is on the Wayside. Just my opinion.
I called the sheriff, and he demanded my ex product my daughter at once. Have your custody papers in hand. It's a court order and holds weight. Tell the cops they are required to uphold that court order. They don't have a choice in the matter. They can be found in contempt as well.
Keep the video and when the kids are old enough to understand show them how mom and grandparents tried to keep their dad from them! And if you can actually win custody show it to the judge and let the judge decide if the grandparents have any rights
The saddest part of this is that children are caught up in the difficulties of the parents and adults...
This illustration of the fighting that exists between the adults and the inability to keep it from the children is indicative of the need for a set visitation and possibly mediation counseling...
This is where you need to have a court order and established guidelines set forth in a legal format...
He is being told he is not welcome here, and absent a court document, he actually does have to leave.
SJVT 💥🔥💨💚 YOU ARE 100% CORRECT WHICH IS WHY I HAVE MY ENTIRE LIFE CHOSEN TO BE A SPINSTER SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH QUARTZ OR DIVORCE OR LOSING HALF MY CRAP OR A GOOD RELATIONSHIP TURNING SOUR AND CUSTODY BATTLES! I MEAN IT'S NOT THE WAY IT USED TO BE WHEN MARRIAGES WERE FROM THE MOMENT THE RING WENT ON THE FINGER UNTIL DEATH. I WISH MARRIAGE'S WERE STILL LIKE THAT 👻
Marriages are still like that, but perhaps you're looking under the wrong rocks...I've been there.
If the mother is not there, and if they were married when the kids were born...that guy has custody. Whichever parent has Possession has custody. He could have demanded the grandparents turn them kids over to him (if mom was absent) and file charges for custodial interference if they refused
Great video…simply a cop who knows the rules
Yes she did a good job, no lecture, no judge, no jury, .. just the facts. Bad deal for all.
I agree she was doing her job professionally
The victims are all the children. So many whine about parents not wanting to be a part of their children’s lives. Then you have parents that want to try and are forced not to. Again the victims are the children.
The father has an absolute right to see and have custody of his children absent a court order. Police or other LEO’s can’t enforce trespassing if the man’s children are on private property that he has a right to access to see/collect his minor children.
True they just don't want him in the house. Send the kids out
Grandparents can be facing criminal charges against them for kidnapping, that man has ever right to get his kids, or less it court order, than they have to go by the court way... But every county is different, and what that female officer is doing is illegal, but it depends on what county they are in. The laws are different in other countries.... When truly they all should be the same laws in America 🇺🇸 🤷
My ex and I get along just enough.. that being said we raised a great kid at 15 she’s already working her first job.
Deputy is soliciting a trespass.
Hmmmm "She doesn't want you inside the home" turns into she "probably" doesn't want him on the property. Me thinks someone's about to solicit a trespass, thus putting her nose where it doesn't belong.
Now when the kids are older they can watch how police helped prevent them from seeing their father.
Did anybody else notice that although this officer knew that the owners did not want him on the property she still had him in the driveway by the trees instead of getting him right off the driveway onto the street??
she was likely building rapport and trying to deescalate with him before giving lawful instructions to get off the property.
She didn't want to stand in sun, it's hot
I love your work man
I appreciate that!
@@sanjoaquinvalleytransparency1 😃
Living it now, time will be her enemy and God will be her judge.
The grandparent's arent the legal gaurdians. Just have them arrested for kidnapping if they dont let him have his kids
I have been down this road before. My ex mother in-law actually talks to me now but she has dementia come on.
Messed up. My granddaughter lives with her grandfather , and he won't let me see her or even talk to her on the phone 😕 but I at least get to text her
It's truly sad when grandparents and moms do this to dad's. Is he abusive to the kids. I doubt it , let the man see his kids. When people do this , it's hurting the kids only.
If the moms not there and dad comes to pick the kid up and theres no custody decision made yet then the grandmother is guilty of kidnapping
YES about Private Judges for profit in Santa Clara and Sonoma. Sasan Bassy stared a multiple federal sue.
Susan Bassi ❤
Fighting the good fight!
Wouldnt even let him to the door
lotta people either meet in the middle or at a police station parking lot.
Super cool and this would be awesome for people who actually Care about their children and their rights It would be perfectly wonderful and very Helpful Definitely 😀
Theft by lawfare.
Who keeps lying to these people and telling them that sleeve tattoos are cool?
Mother kidnaps child, brings child across state lines, grandmother of child harbors kidnapper and calls the cops, who then protect the kidnapper and threaten the father with arrest should he attempt to rescue his child from the kidnapper.
Folks, let me ask you what you think would happen if it were a man that did all of that? .... I think we know what would happen, and I think we know it would be ugly.
I wonder if the cop solicited that grandparent to keep him from the kids
I've been through it too bro my kids haven't spoke to me in 30 years that was a good dad of course the woman poisoned them against me
She lied. She has kids
Depressing
If he was actually wanting custody of his children he should have told that chair from here to pick my children up I want them out here now but if you're just there to visit and you have no interest in having custody of them if somebody tells you they want you to leave you have to leave however I'm not sure an officer can do it I think the owner of the house has to come out and physically tell you you need to leave and your trespassed
No that’s only on publicly accessible private property like “Walmart”. If the owner tells the officer that they’re not welcome they can relay the message
SJVT ✌🏼
Dear lord. I hope she doesn’t have a boyfriend. How could you listen to hear blab and blab and blab and blab. You don’t have to tell us every damn detail, he’s been going thru this, he knows what is going on.
Dont go to private court
Wow shes saying curtlige to
Its a sad day.
Is this not kidnapping? If there no custody agreement and the mother just took the kids away?
Problem with this one being your needle which I seriously doubt, is you just don't know from one video if their good or not.
You should do a deep dive on her and find out, is this just a one time thing or what?
Every cop that gets an award has dirty hands, but I digress

A Godly anointed marriage lasts.
What exactly is "godly anointed?
@armyretired8885 a couple who God REALLY wanted married. Having had the cops meddle in mine courtesy of bitter in-laws, I'll NEVER trust the cops again 😐
But we lasted through it & that's all the proof I need
@@anthonyprice1743 How does a couple know when God wants them married? And which God are you referring to?
I will never going to get married at all 😂😂😂

@sanjoaquinvalleytransparency1 you're jealous he is better than you in all ways
It sounds like the homeowner is protecting her daughter and grandchildren. I don’t trust this guy
I hate when they ask, “does that make sense “.
No one is happily married
You sure about that?
