    When she first pulled out the hot glue I was like okay wtf is this but as soon as she pulled off the mold I was officially WOW-ed. Lol. Love this trick. Thanks for sharing!

    I had a 101-year-old broken off kitchen cabinet corner until your way of fixing it came up in my search. I did exactly what you instructed ending up with an unnoticeable result that it was ever broken. Thank you for your ingenuity.

    You are a furniture saver! Just saved my trunk from being tossed. Hot glue tip is awesoem, no need for a silicon mold!

    Thank you I've had my Aunt's blonde wood bedroom set from the early 50s since she died and my Parents cleaned out the house in 2010 this means the world to me

      @@ARayofSunlight What if you want to stain the repair? will it work on bondo? I want to stain it to match the existing color and then use clear poliurethatne.

    Needed to replace a corner on a set of kitchen drawers that the dog chewed off when a puppy..
    Thought I would have to buy a mis matched set of replacement drawers but no ….thanks to you this worked an absolute treat saving me money I could I’ll afford. Thank you muchly. X

    FYI - Extra Hardener is also available at the pats store where you bought the Bondo. I always buy additional hardener because I tend to put too much in the white bondo before mixing. And yes, it gets really hard and is more difficult to sand. Thanks for the repair demonstration.

    Thank you! We bought an old home with narrow door ways, my husband's chest of drawers became stuck. The only thing to do was saw the dresser in half. In that process, the furniture lost a chunk of its corner. I will do this method to fix it. Thank you so much!

    Great idea with the glue gun for a mold. I was going to use the corner of a cardboard box for a chipped door corner and some spray insulation foam

      Less than an 1/8” I use wood filler. Anything bigger I use kwikwood. Or Bondo.

    Very interesting. I would think that if you preferred keeping a stained finish, you could consider using toner sprays and "toast" the edges darker.

    What a genius idea ! Great job ! I have a house built in the 1920’s and my wood staircase has lots of chips on the edge of each stair . Can I use the same bondo that you used ? I guess I just wont need to make a mold . Maybe just sand and re-stain the stairs right ? Thx so much !

    That's nice what about furniture that u cannot take the top off to make mold as u did can post a video showing how to go about with furniture that u cannot move around because they are one unit
