I saw them a couple of weeks ago in London, absolutely fantastic…..
I was at the Paris concert on June 25. Asami was truly incredible with her voice and presence. She takes the audience in her hands and doesn't let go from start to finish.
I can't wait to experience it and think most people took my comment the wrong way. I just want her to go outside the box on a song or two that's it :)

Love this song and video. My favorite part is when Miyako goes and plays the piano and the the camera shot changes to behind Haruna, drummer, who is standing up conducting. she is such a happy person. Love her.

A new EP and a live DVD/Blu-ray both will be released on August 28.
„LOVEBITES EP II“ will contain new songs and also a re-recording of the band’s debut „THE LOVEBITES EP“ for a limited edition.
„Memorial of the Warrior Souls“ is the live recording of last year‘s Tokyo concert during the Judgement Day tour. It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.

I saw them on the 15th of June in Belgium. To me this was a once in a lifetime experience!
I think I understand what you’re driving at with “I’ve forgotten her name” (!) but I also think that you will appreciate her infinitely more after September 8th. That is a powerful register to sing for an entire concert, yet she does it without a sign of strain. It took “The Charismatic Voice” reaction to Holy War for me, a fan of over two years at the time to fully understand and appreciate just exactly what “whatshername” does vocally. As Elizabeth explained, to be able to leap within a vocal phrase from a high note to an even higher note is not something every singer is capable of, let alone to the level she does. And you’ve obviously been straying to too many other bands to say that she doesn’t spring any vocal surprises. Wait until you hear Judgement Day live, with her four times repeated “Judgement Day” line at the end, each one higher than the last with the fourth being audible only to dogs. I’ve seen her perform that song live a total of 8 times since their return to live performances and she has nailed a very difficult song every single time, flawlessly. After September 8th I expect a special short video dedicated entirely to ASAMI by way of apology for your non offensive but hopelessly inaccurate description of quite possibly the best vocalist to front a metal band since the untimely death of Ronnie James Dio.

I f~~~ing *cannot* understand, how anybody who wants to create a *serious* reaction "image", can *NOT* be so prepared as to (at least) *know the artist's names* . In the contrary: The more you appreciate somebody (who-so-ever - neighbor, colleague, artist), you of course at least *KNOW their names* . For bad days, you have their names written on a f~~~ing sheet of paper - or in your smartphone.

@@jawosammadennhier7062 actually I fully agree. The most professional reactions do background research before saying a single word. Elizabeth Zharoff (again) is exemplary and that is but one of the reasons she has such a following. Class.
Concerning embarrassing ignorance: I recently experienced a channel owner who sort of promised to donate a kidney, just to make it into a Lovebites live show. Unfortunately, that person did not know Miyako's name ("...or how ever her name is spoken..."), and he did not even know Lovebites' current tour schedule. 😂 As a result, all comments told him, that he had missed 2 live shows recently (GB), although the reactor claimed to be one of Lovebites' biggest fans...
I think about like you: Those reactors are obviously so wrapped up in their "assembly line" reaction business, that they do not realize, that they already entered the area of ridiculousness.

Many vocalists would give up a kidney to be as consistent as Asami.

Asami herself admitted she wants to improve her consistency. She is a great and amazing vocalist, but there is room for improvement.

In a band where every musician is a virtuoso and are all doing crazy, death defying, instrumental acrobatics, the crowd needs something consistent and anchoring that they can cling on to. While the instruments are like shifting sand under your feet, Asami's vocals tend to soar calmly above the mayhem, usually in half-time so we can all sing along. Her consistency is the glue that binds all of the chaos into a cohisive package.
Will see them on September 12th in San Francisco. That show is now sold out. The Dallas and Los Angeles shows, VIP tickets are sold out with only general admission available.
I know you’re excited to see them live. But do keep in mind that they will be playing small intimate venues without their full production stage crew, lights, and heavy amplifiers. The talent will be the same but the light show will be missing.

I think you've mixed up the wrong vocalist. If for nothing else, Asami's trademark is her versatility, especially her near unrivalled vocal leaps. Check out your previous reactions to Judgement Day, Holy War, Hammer of Wrath, Shadowmaker, etc.

That isn't what he meant. He acknowledges her vocal leaps and range. He wants her to do something different once in a while.
Thats crazy you heard so many songs she changes her cadence and vocal range all the time ...she literally hittest almost every note from the low to high

From other reactor said that Asami needs to aing the chorus an octave higher and this song would be perfect.
what the hell are you talking about how Asami doesn’t go out of her vocal range. she sings according to the type of songs they’re singing. she sings in ranges where most singers cannot accomplish in a live setting. you’re thinking of a wrong singer.
Im 100% not. Having done about 15-20 reactions for them, im very familiar with their sound. I think she's great but I just want her to unleash and do something different on a track or 2. Something she normally doesn't do. It's just an opinion and I can't wait for the live show!

I think you're confusing the One and Only Voice of Asami with your monotone hearing, or maybe your headphones are not working properly, and I'm pretty sure you've actually commented on the quality of her awesome vocals are in the past
I think she’s great but sometimes just kinda uses the same vocal tone and doesn’t experiment with her voice and try different things. Again, I love this band as I’m seeing them live soon, but in my opinion…she should take a chance and do something off the wall and different vocally one time. I don’t think that’s asking much plus I still gave them a 10/10 in this video. People get so upset if you suggest a singer try something different one time :(

I think what he meant about Asami was that despite she can sings on pitch for all low and high notes but she rarely goes out the box, you know what she is going to sing without much surprises.
Actually I have similar thoughts about their songs as well, despite miyako adds some piano parts into the song but many of their songs sound "similar" musically throughout the years to me.
They are very talented and skillful, I would listen to them more if they go outside the box more, not just one type of music.
Just my personal subjective opinion and preference here, not trying to belittle them.
