The past 4-5 years have been incredibly tough being a Toffee. I’m over the moon and feel a great weight was lifted off us all. Now let’s see this season through 💪
Colin has done a great job in driving the new stadium forward and was then asked to stand in as an interim CEO after all the previous shenanigans . Well done Colin
I think the only thing the board appointments say is TFG is taking this very seriously because they’re committing the time of their most senior executives. I agree with John that this is almost certainly a “holding” group for a transition period to get to grips with the business while they seek execs with football experience to take the roles permanently. I hope the priority is to understand our identity and what is realistically achievable in the next 5 years from where we are. Create sound foundations; a business model and football strategy which generates funds sustainably and allows us to remain competitive in the long term and not to shoot for the moon by bringing in the best of the rest players on mega-bucks which will completely destabilise the club as it did in the Koeman era. Give me the Ajax model, bringing the best young players through our academy and onto the field, and I’ll be more than satisfied.
Why get a player back this window when he’s been injured all season for spurs no sense in it at all….maybe in the summer ya….he was injured a lot of last season as well…spurs fans call him injury prone…. Just look elsewhere I think

I think overall the majority of Evertonians have great respect for Moshiri for BMD and for what he tried to do for Everton.
