Pepole really don't like season 2 and 3 as much as 1? Nuts! I think it only gets better after the change of format and some of the best episodes are in them, Rainbows, Sunflowers! But then what do I know?! Was half wqay through this reaction before I spotted Arianna's hair!
@@ChrisXIllustratesXGaming The anger towards Nate is warranted though. As is the anger towards Jamie when he was being a dick. As is the anger towards Rebecca when she was trying to bring the team down. Just because one has issues, it doesn't make it an excuse to be mean to people. And while empathy is great when it can be given, I don't think "taking the high road" towards people who are going through issues in their life should be automatic.
@jpr-p3n Yes, the anger is warranted, but people literally wanted the character written off damn near killed off. Nate betrayed Ted by revealing he had a panic attack. Rebecca almost ruined Ted's career and marriage(even though they were pretty much broken up already) she would've made it worse. Then Jamie was a shitty person. But everyone felt bad those two as soon as they saw the reason for why they're that way. Even after the early showings of Nate's crushing insecurities, then we find out Nate's father is as much of a dick as Jamie's dad he was just more passive about it. People still hate him. They've all hurt Ted, but the other two received more empathy.
@@ChrisXIllustratesXGamingI think there's also something at play here where Jaime and Rebecca started off as bad characters and we followed their character development into being good people as they overcome their issues. Nate though was the opposite and went from shy and timid guy taken by Ted under his wing who was a likeable guy despite his issues. But then he takes a turn for the worse and there's a sense of betrayal there. And betrayal hits much harder than just outright bullying, which is why I feel people felt more vicerally towards Nate than Jaime and Rebecca. But I haven't seen discourse about people wanting Nate to get killed off. That's too much.
As a football (soccer) fan, season 3 is my fav cause it focused more on the game than the prior seasons. The race for winning the league was really fun
Nathan was angry because his attempt to bully Ted failed. Also, Ted pretty much did the Cyrano de Bergerac thing ('He's insulting me like that, when there's so better insults?') which was pretty amazing.
They're getting there, at the end of the video. They're getting there. But they still really relish the hate. Good on the writers, I guess, in a way. But they *really* relish the hate.
Never understood this gripe with s3... Is it really that much of a stretch to believe they were fictionally bought out by some imaginary billionaire (Rupert) who started pumping money into the club? Such a scenario is literally one of the big complaints from English football fans IRL.
Well the real big clubs surely weren't comfortable being fictionalized as being owned by an evil person and having an insecure and emotionally unintelligent manager
@spamvicious technically, Jamie didn't seek help. Keely took him to see the therapist. Judging by how the public over there reacted to Ted's mental issues. They definitely make it hard to try seeking help for issues like that.
@spamvicious should he had talk to someone yes, but his insecurities and fears caused him to inflict pain so that others will feel how he feels. Like Mae said, "Our parents eff us up." Nate's father, Jamie's father, Rebecca's father, and even Ted's father really messed them up. Nate took the same route both Jamie and Rebecca took. That is to create separation at the same time be cold towards those that just want to help them.
I love the way Jamie says poop-ay
“I’m worried about the little guy flying solo.” And then they show Lego Nate. Such great writing.
Kenneth the bus driver is one of my tertiary characters on the show! Everything we learn about him from others just adds to his mystique.

Nate's character is based off former manager Jose Mourinho. His hair went gray really quick and he became more arrogant with each success.
TBF I think that journalist kind of had it coming. That question felt like it was meant to cut him down
Did you notice how Rupert's office had a clear Star Wars emperor vibe to it, and how Nate, who had a darker side, visited him in his throne room?
Nate has issues alright. A father who doesn’t understand how he’s damaging his son. He’s emotionally immature. He and Jamie have similar issues.
@fayesouthall6604 I've been commenting this on any reactors that feel hatred towards Nate.

@jpr-p3n this just proves no one has learned a thing from Ted.
Season 3 has the best episodes of the entire series. Don't listen to the haters.
Damn right.

spoiler alert
10:00 Arianna 🤝 Goldilocks.
excited for their take on some character arcs

Not many notice that.

Most unrealistic part of Ted Lasso is West Ham being a big club

Won more European trophies than arsenal 🤭
😂
Leicester 2016? Nottingham Forest now?
Arianna gang gang bad ear pop situation represent.
I hate to be pedantic, but, Breath Of The Wild doesn't have levels (to be honest, I love to be pedantic).
Haha
I suppose you could call each dungeon and final castle a level
@@bLuGhOsT_ and you could call Link Zelda. It wouldn't make it right.😉
I feel like they are to hard on Nate. I feel like maple at least would have some sympathy for Nate.
Jake gave it to me 🤔
Ariana Targaryen first of her name
0:38 the nerd in me hates this so much, but theyve gotta dumb it down for the non-gamers I guess 😂
Breath of the wild doesnt really have levels...
👍🏾
Everyone was extremely mean to Nate, a man who has extreme father issues and is very insecure. He's literally Jamie, just not an athlete.
Yes but instead of communicating that or seeking help like Jamie did, he just became a bully.

How did you comment a full month ahead!!
@i_noah_guy18 I'm subscribed to their patreon. I signed as soon I saw they're watching Ted Lasso.
This season was so bad compared to the last two. A couple of decent episodes but tons of filler and tons of plot holes and weird character arcs.
i’m a nate hater till the end idc
Nate sucks 💯
