After 10 years of packing a 25oz stanley water bottle, I just got gifted a 40oz cobalt thermoflask with the spout lid and rubber boot. I feel like I will love the thermoflask but I can't help but also feel like after using the stanley so long that I am letting go of a old friend. Now the stanley is still very much serviceable and I plan to order another lid and set of seals for it but I probably won't be using it much since it's almost half the capacity. But that being said it is still weird feeling since I started my work life with this bottle and it's been with me the whole time. My equivalent to dad's and grandads stanley work thermos.

The straw is made of plastic. Does this mean it's bad to take hot liquids with it?
when you drink out of the straw, does it make a dolphin like sound? I absolutely hate when water bottles make the dolphin like sound and its a huge factor when I get water bottles. Please let me know if it makes an annoying/weird sound when you drink out of it!
Hey I know it's been three weeks but I haven't had any problem with mine making any noise it's just silent when you drink. Hope this helps

Bro is it normal? The exterior of My thermoflask is sweating or havin moist when putting ice on it and being cold…hope you notice my comment
No, that's not normal. One of the benefits of insulated bottles is that you should NOT have condensation on the outside. Mine never sweat (not a drop).
