See how she sits there and watches him as he runs in the grass. She is protective of him. The kitten is a little doll with beautiful coloring. Duck is a very good dog. He is so accepting of all the other animals.

My cat is fearless like that. We got him out of a dumpster at about 4 weeks old. Tiniest little thing. I had 3 large dogs and one was a Great Dane puppy. That kitten put the Dane in his place quick and then they slept together and played together. My Dane could have killed him with one paw but he was never too rough. It’s an amazing thing to watch.
Weave is trying to carry Howie. It's her maternal instinct. She might be a little confused by it. She had it with Duck as well. I love how sweet they all are with each other. Even Johnny was super sweet with Howie. Maybe even a little afraid! Lol. You have put together a beautiful family. Now you've added a spicy new kitten to the mix who will grow up thinking he's a dog. Or maybe a raccoon. Actually I think the Johnny thinks he's a dog as well! You've got a good life goin for ya!

Weave actually loves the little Kitty. That is not aggressive behavior but the instincts of a female coyote coming out trying to take care of Howie and pick him up. Not to criticize but I think Tim shouldn't get mad at Weave for doing this. Still... Tim's doing a great job. I think eventually people will see that Howie and Weave will be best of friends, with Weave taking the mother role and we are in for some entertaining family fun!
