Unattached 'I' wo ek pin hai which is at the root. Its the primal thought. Ramana himself says that don't pluck out every leaf of thought, uproot the ego( the root).
The question who am i can begin as mental verbalisation but it should progress to a stage where anything external (even our own thought) should start to point out to the self spontaneously without any mental verbalisation.
Then there is no need to complete the thought also.
Any emotion inside will also start pointing to the self.
Eckhart tolle's body awareness does the same.
Slowly in our daily lives , anything and everything should start serving as a tool , a pointer to the "I" ( the false self)
But there is a subtle difference between letting go and pushing the thoughts away. We should not push away the thought. We can just let them pass without judging them and not even bothering to complete the thought.
Ramana says that when that unattached false "I" (which is by nature hungry for attachment) remains like that , it becomes primed to disappear and the true self emerges by Gurus grace. This happened to Papaji when he visited Ramana.
This spiritual practice is a marvel of simplicity and effectiveness, a direct path to Self-realization that bypasses complex rituals and dogma.
It empowers individuals to uncover their true nature through introspection and unwavering self-inquiry.

Mere saath jab koi galti karta hai toh main usko aur 2 se 3 chance deta hoon galti thik karne ka. 1st galti ka ek hi saja hona chahiye aur woh hai maaf karna. Galati koi bhhi jaan booj kar nahi karta . Kisi ka galati ko maaf karna bhhi ek aadmi ko adhyatmik banata hai.
