      Right?! It feels like a lot but I think maybe that’s Bc instead of it being spread out over a whole day it’s basically half the day 😂

    Jess I have the espresso cup version of that Paris cup! 👯‍♀️ I also never think to put spinach in our vegan eggs. Thats a great idea!
    We're started a new routine of eating more salads and no carbs.

    This video came right on time, baby! I have Those fat bombs didn't look to be that good, Jessica...but that salad looked ah-mazing. i am going to look into this program for sure. It may work with what I am trying to do right now. Gluten and sugar have literally become my nemesis. UGH!

      Yes! For me it’s sugar hahaha. The fat bombs are good actually they just take a min to adjust to them but it hits my sweet craving when I get it so now I can have this and it’s not a Reece’s cup lol

    Love your lifestyle eating regime - those meals and recipes look so tasty. However, a good chunk of will power comes in handy as during these lockdowns over indulging has ashamedly been the name of the game. Confession time indulging in too many baguettes, croissants, assorted cheeses and various sweet treats. “So do as Jessica does” needs to be the new mantra as we hopefully progress to a post pandemic normalcy.

      Absolutely, and as you say it’s definitely not a diet it’s about a lifestyle that combines healthy variety eating, regular physical activity, and balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories your body uses.
      That’s my sermon over now I must also practice what I preach - oh so important especially when you get older, from personal experience so much easier to pile on the weight, ever so harder to remove. By the way combining it with sensible fasting, is a real positive game changer.

    I know this video is older but I signed up for Faster way yesterday and the next round starts tomorrow and I need assistance. I haven't gotten any emails. Just to downloaded guide. But I didn't see anything about being dairy or gluten free

      Unfortunately I’m not a coach, so I really can’t do anything for you customer service wise! Have you downloaded the app? That’s where you’ll find tons of resources, your macros, food guide, etc, they do have recipes and options for different food preferences/allergies in there too

      Me too! I’ve been on and off with how well I’ve been tracking my macros tho and I can def tell a difference when I’m more on it

      @@MissMooreStyle I have tried every kind of diet with no results which I wanted to just give up. Then I tried the FWTFL it’s not a diet but a healthy way to eat. I feel like I am eating all the time and getting results. It’s a great program.

    Hpw can you use butter on this when they say no dairy?

      I def did use butter but that was the only form of dairy I was using then...now that I finished the first 6 weeks I’m still following it but I fully reincorporated dairy again....the reason they give to cut it out is it can cause bloating but that’s not the case for me, and long term I just can’t sustain not having cheese, etc, so I still factor it into my macros and I’m still losing weight. When you first start the program tho I highly recommend sticking as close to the guidelines as possible though. Hope that helps!

      They had to grow on me Bc it was just different but now I love them they save me on low carb days when I’m craving something sweet and also help me get to my fat macros

    You spoke too fast. Hahaha, CAN you have TEA AND OR COFFEE OR CANT? during the fasting?

      You can! You just can’t put sugar and cream in it...you CAN put in certain types of creamers that are dairy/sugar free and you can use a sugar substitute but the goal is to stay under 45 calories when you’re on your fast otherwise if you go over that you’re breaking your fast
