The graphical text in this video is incorrect. It keeps showing the speeds in gigabyte instead of gigabits which are 8 times smaller. 1 byte is 8 bits. Internet and network speeds are rated in bits represented by a lower case "b". Bytes on the other hand are represented by an uppercase "B". So 1MBPS is 8Mbps. Case in point at 3:19 the voice-over says it correctly but displays it incorrectly. It IS Mbps, but it's not MBPS. 4804 MBPS (at 3:28) would actually be 38,432 Mbps and that's not possible with current consumer grade WiFi technology. Okay, rant over.
U can just upgrade to 6E ONLY if ur device supports 6E. Coz even if u buy the 6E and ur device only supports Wifi 5.....then buying that is useless. :)

My old linksys single router outperformed the Eero and the Deco so I returned both and kept my Linksys.

Unless you want to use 6E band for dedicated back haul in places where are high congestion of 5Ghz channels
