Yep, stopped the video as soon as I heard the voice. If you can't be bothered to record some audio than I can't be bothered to watch your video.

The Nest is terrible

I have had 3 different nest devices lose the ability to connect to wifi and then they never connect again. I will NEVER buy another nest product.
