Looking good so far 😊 always good to give pieces you own a new lease of life in a different room/setting.
Yes to painting the tin trunk thing.....also the small table could be a good coffee station when you sort your desk out.
If needed, I envision a comfy sofa bed for guests where the chairs are and the chairs in the window as a cosy conversation/coffee area too 😊.
What a beautiful space you have made. Everything looks amazing. Love that trunk, it looks lovely under the the windows. Really enjoyed the tour TFS.
Remembering what your loft looked like before - what a wonderful transformation! Love everything you have in there, and my favourite things are the balcony windows. You must be so happy with the way things have turned out. PS I have an old trunk like yours and use it to store spare bedding. Mine was new in 1966!

Love how it is all coming together. I think the Coffee Station is a bit too low down so maybe add an extra shelf and put it up higher. You could add a couple of black hooks for mugs, a couple of nice jars for the coffee pods, sugar etc and maybe one of those teeny tiny retro shelf fridges to keep some milk in.

Loving all the round shelving and objects with the angular structures within the room. Very well thought out. All the pieces you have chosen sit just right in there. You have created a balanced elegant relaxing very usable lovely space. Well done to you Mr Carrington you know your stuff!!!
I’m loving what you’ve done with this space! It’s light and airy. That desk is perfect for that space, and the idea with the cushion covers is genius as is the use of colour with the knobs. It really ties things together, great tip, thanks :) have a lovely weekend!

Lovely space!! I LOVE the chairs! And I believe the end tables are called “ghost” tables because they blend in. Everything is fabulous!!!

Great space love the flooring and how you have furnished it its so bright , must be so relaxing to work in the space too .

Wow Iwan, this loft room is just lovely, and you have styled it so beautifully. I love the idea of that wall being a slightly different colour. Perfect space for a coffee and snack station. I love all the green plants you have been able to incorporate into this new room. Love it all. Sue x

The loft is coming along nicely, well done with that space. I think a nice warm yellow mustardy tone on that wall would look great, I think If it were me though I'd have a contrasting colour for the doors and architrave perhaps? It looks like such a quiet space to sit and work or even just to escape and have a read of a good book. Those chairs are fabbo! and I still think those windows are amazing. We are hoping to move this year and if we have an extention in the roof at all, I am deffo getting wondows like that put in. Thank you for the update, I have been so looking forward to seeing how it has been coming along. I'm off to the charity shops with my son today in Taunton, going to be looking for glass vases, plant pot holders and perhaps a basket or two, now that you have placed those items in my head!! Have a good week ahead x

That chair is amazing. I like the use of the ladder for greenery or a vertical indoor garden display. That hoola hoop shelf looks so on trend . Those round shelves easily start at $100. And go upwards to 4-8 hundred. So you’ve got that look for so much less!
I would get those prints appraised. Something tells me they are easily a few hundred each.
Your loft looks so bright and stylish. The chair is great. You could put some foam pads on the legs to stop it scratching your floor. Love your hamper stack 🥰 Great video

Love the room and everything in it....looks so bright and fresh...our utility room has just been finished,and i'm looking for a nice white? plus the flooring,would love to know where the both are from,names etc. I am jumping before the end of the video,sorry if i missed ,got a bit excited lol .Was thinking of Farrow and Ball Winborne white,it's a white with a warm undertone ... Ah just found the flooring on your previous video's. And i think the white is going to be changed....questions answered lol.

The wall where you are changing color for warmer tone, and you said about paneling, you could do similar to what Catherine from Dainty Diaries did with her Kitchen she marked the wall with lines with a black Marker then put beading across. And the black would go nice with the doorknobs you bought and your black shelving. It looks amazing and what a great space and the lighting in there is fab. xx

I'm a little late watching this video. The loft looks really beautiful! I especially love that old suitcase- what a find! I think you should wait until you've put your shelves in before you decide on paint. The colour of whatever wood you choose might pull out different unexpected tones in the wall colour you suggested. It might lean too peach or too pink depending on the wood when placed next to each other.
On the little industrial drawer unit- I think what might help that piece belong in that space may be a little spraypaint makeover. I think you could choose a brass colour to match with the various brass elements in your room, or a deep dark green to bring in a different texture for all the green pops.

The Loft is beautiful - you can prick tulips about 1 cm below the flower. Just get a pin, poke it all the way through and then remove - that will stop them drooping. Much love x

Great loft space ! You did a fantastic job ..... and going back to your question about the metal box. I kind of like to 2 colour tone, but the blue might not fit too well up there.... :)

As a florist I can tell you, at least in the US, there is not enough copper in today's pennies to help with tulips.
Your room is so stylish, I love it only thing that didn’t fit for me was that blue tin lid would love to see it painted.
