- Your iPhone says iPhone unavailable try again in 1 hour or security lockout try again in 1 hour? This video will show you two solution to unlock an iPhone that is unavailable or stuck in Security Lockout for 1 hour. Your can unlock any iPhone and bypass the 1 hour lockout time message even if you forgot the passcode.
Why does your iPhone shows iPhone unavailable or Security Lockout try again in one hour? There are two reasons. One reason is that you forgot the passcode and enter the wrong passcode on your iPhone lock screen in a row several times. Finally, you see an alert that iPhone is unavailable for one hour and that iPhone is stuck in Security lockout for 1 hour. Sometimes, you might also see iPhone unavailable try again in 59 minutes, 58 minutes, or lesser.

When I go for a long walk , I keep my phone in my pocket, when I return home ,the screen is locked for an hour,, maybe from bouncing around? there has been np pass code involved, This method to unlock an iPhone is ridiculous its way to lengthy and complicated,, and I don't have the patience, nor do I want ro have to restore all passcodes for log ins, etc.. may be time to ditch Apple and try Samsung, but thank you for the video

Same problem. This just started after my latest software update. But it is extremely annoying to have it locked up in a completely random manner. My morning walk was the latest thing that kicked it into being locked for 15 minutes. Yesterday, it was a car ride.

Or.. Just wait for however long you have to wait then put your passcode in again

@@bytefurther Thanks. I was lucky and after multiple times of iPhone Unavailable it opened by itself without my entering my password (which I do know)! My problem may have been caused by having my phone upright in my pocket because it was raining and the raise to wake function caused it to ask for the password multiple times in my pocket.

Have your phone been connected to a Wifi before it get unavailable? If does, move your phone close to that wifi and it'll be connected to the network automatically.
