Such a basic thing but boy is there a correct way, I normally just do the salt and pepper well I'm stirring the eggs, but this way has improved my omlette so much, delicious
This is different from how western chefs say in terms of heat...here it was low to medium heat....n haldi was part of it...will try it this way...going through a food channel with an Indian chef for once is a nice change
They release their moisture which wets their texture and slightly darkens their color and thats right about when theyre cooked. It also has a lot to do with preference and how cooked you specifically want your mushrooms. Drop a sub if the reply was helpful!

His Omelette would have been perfect 👍🏽 if he had folded it closed! The omelette he made was more like an open faced omelette!
