  • This series of bridge exercises targets the core and glutes. Progressions involve:
    1. Lying pelvis tilts
    2. Lying abdominal hollowing
    3. Glute bridge hold
    Exercises are to be completed while supporting your body weight on a kitchen counter, or similar. The aim is to complete these alongside short frequent daily activities, such as boiling a kettle.
