    I have a similar injury to Patrick, a grade 3 ac joint injury. It has been 9 weeks and I still have limited mobility and motion in that shoulder. How many laser sessions did Patrick undergo by Week 3 and how many do you recommend?

      We followed KLaser’s protocols: daily for the first four days, before moving to treatment every 2-3 days. The first 3 weeks included 8 treatments.

    • @kubemedical6543

      It wasn't confirmed by any imagery, but we assume it was a total tear due to the extent of the deformity.

      @@kubemedical6543 Thanks for the info. I had a similar amount of deformity just like you and haven't got an MRI yet. Also my friend told me a partial torn of the ligament would cause swelling and a lot of pain for the first few days or longer. Whereas a total torn wouldn't. I also heard a pop sound when i had the injury which is also a sign of total torn

      Studies have shown that long term outcomes are similar between surgery and conservative management. The biggest factor in your recovery will likely be the extent to which you focus on rehab.

    Okay, then, I am seriously concerned and honestly angry. If you're not real, medical doctor's then when I was sent to one like you I would like you to tell me why you do these things. For one taking X ray's that is a very real matter because if you preform it wrong you can possibly change a person's genetics and give them cancer! So in your non medical field how can you possibly take them? Should they not be taken by a hospital or doctor's office/clinic and be sent to your office instead? Another thing is changing tell me to stop prescriptions medicine, regardless of whatever a person's feelings are about prescriptions vs herbal remedies that should be known by the patient and they should never willie nillie change a patients medicine. See, I can't help it I thought I was visiting a doctor until the video. The way you've deceived people like me, who 100% believe that you were a real medical doctor and your happiness not only to lead people to believe that but never correct anyone who asks flat out and gives your little PHD talk (I heard those exact words only faster and with much more confidence) that left me going PHD= Dr. =Yes and the answer is Real PHD =No= Not a Dr= Don't change my medicine!!!

      We're sorry to hear about your experience. In the UK, Chiropractors are trained in taking and reading x-rays, but we prefer to refer out if we feel it is really necessary. Can I ask what you feel is deceptive or misleading from us? Its certainly not our aim.

  • @jayesgazebo

    Ummm except dentists are medical doctors... How about people like this stop referring to themselves as doctors especially when they work for a company that deliberately uses the word "Medical" in their name... You know damn well it's to fool people who don't know any better.

    • @jayesgazebo

      Also, most people with a doctorate don't call themselves a doctor because while technically they could, socially we all know what "doctor" means in conversation. It means a MD, not someone who completed a doctorate in "fine arts"...

    • @kubemedical6543

      Absolutely. In the UK, where we are, we avoid referring to practitioners who have doctorates as "Doctor" to avoid confusing patients.

  • @MissSpaz

    Yeah, dentists have an MD. Medical doctorate. They have to go to medical school. PHDs take years of schooling to earn. Chiropractor docorates are... yeah, nothing of value.

    • @kubemedical6543

  • @Oliviaandtrina

    But a dentist can prescribe medications. You cannot. Even if you have a doctorate - you cannot prescribe meds. That, imho, is the line that should be drawn for calling yourself a dr in the medical field.

    • @kubemedical6543

      It's a really tricky line to draw. We work with prescribing pharmacists for our prescription medicines who also aren't permitted to use the designation, so it's not all that simple.

      In the UK, there are some hospital trusts that offer Chiropractic and Osteopathy as options, though it isn't widespread. Organisations such as the British Chiropractic Association and Royal College of Chiropractors are really big on the evidence base.
