We are very excited to flash the RSV4 and finally get back on the dyno to see some final power numbers! But our favorite piece on this video has to be the Xtrenta tail! Find carbon fiber for your Aprilia here: tinyurl.com/3djbswxv
I have exactly the same bike and I really don’t understand why more power. This bike is already a bullet. I did change exhaust, windshield, tank protectors and I also installed onboard cameras. Everything else I kept factory. Bike is amazing.
Its interesting that BT moto doesnt want the upper stacks in the air box lid removed. My Garbro Racing stacks call for the upper air filter stacks to be removed. I wonder why they would be different? its seems the upper stacks restrick the air flow around the upper fuel injectors to the lower stack. might be worth contacting BT moto for clarification if they found something different. Also on your Extrenta tail, i have the same one and the carbon fiber little tabs that hold it down can break very easy, i ended up cutting off the plastic bottom of my old seat and using it as a stiffener brace. this keeps the tail on verfy secure and doesnt flop side to side. also you can retain your factory allen key for the seat.
Dude Gabro stacks are different. This does not mean every different stack profile should automatically remove upper stacks as gabro does. Maybe BT gets better results with….
The Brentuning installation does not mention to remove the upper stacks. We don't think just because we installed the lower stacks they are the same. We will definitely contact them after the comments. I can't see how we can use the bottom of the tail with the xtrenta tail?
@@calRSV4 the only problem with BT is that they fluff their numbers. What Gabro said on his website was exactly what I got on the dyno 2-2.5hp up top in SAE not STD. I have a video of before the stacks, then I installed a bmc airfilter (.5hp gain) then installed the Gabro stacks 2hp gain. BT will say his gained 6-8 or 9 hp and sorry that doesn't happen on these RSV4s. From stacks and tune. It's hard to get additional hp from an Ape. Gabro said the exact same on his website. The dealer told me to just get the slipon as well cause a full exhaust won't give u much gains for the price. It will look good though. I will upload part 2 of my dyno video.
@Motomillion I had to cut my old seat, I would not recommend it for a bike you a giving away. I ended up cutting the carbon fiber and using fasteners with molding glue to keep it together. Due to the carbon fiber process you may never see an issue.
@@Motomilliontabs on my tail broke and i purchased it after seeing this video. Might have lasted longer but i have a cf base as well. No room for flexibility. Now it’s Velcro’d on 😢
I must say that this build is looking pretty great. It's just a shame that Aprilia stopped giving us the bling on the Factory. My 2020 came stock with 7 pieces of carbon compared to ZERO on the '21 and up. Not to mention that the '20 came with a titanium Akrapovic exhaust that sounds absolutely amazing after about 4k rpm which is kinda nice when passing a cop.
Oh man...i got the ilmberger seat pad for mine but that xtrenta style is so sexy. I got the plastic bit underneath in carbon too. Damn this build is my fav. No doubt
Hi Manny, Very interesting with this build being on the market for one RSV4 2024. Coming for a R1 2022 I am little concern about the reliability of this Aprilia. What’s your though about it ? No way to put 25K in a bike that could let me down like a BMW or Duct.
Question for y’all @Motomillion. Why did you choose Bren Tune over Gabro Tuning? For Stacks and tuning? Just an honest question? I’m on the fence so I’m very interested in your response.
They do alot of colab with BT. So they are loyal to the brands in which they use. Twm, fullsix, etc etc. All proven brands. We in europe of course love gabro and the work hes done on the v4 since 09. BT have also impressive results with thia platform so is a matter of preference.
We want to do an honest test. We chose it because of ease of availability here in USA, and the direct support and service they have. We are honest with what we offer, if we don't think the flash is any good, we would not offer it. We still have not put anything on the dyno yet, that is to come after we get some more work done.
Well dammit... lol. I watched this video again and ended up ordering the tail, but for my Tuono 660 Factory. Little known fact - there are two holes on the bottom of every RSV4 / Tuono / RS660 tail that allows them to be interchangeable between them all. Guess this will complete my Franken-Aprilia. Tuono with a clipons & triple setup from an RS660, dripping with carbon and enough upgrades that it might even make a motomillion build jealous. If you're curious what went on my bike, let me know and I'll post it up.
Please check I think you should remove upper air filter stacks, the down stacks are very similiar to Gabro's and make sense to upper should be removed too... I really hope you will works with right tunner for Aprilia but we will see after dyno what you do with BT it will be interesting to see
Oh deary me!!! It looks so sexy and the white has to be the best colours. On another subject please, I noticed you have lots of Motul there. Ive got 300V for my 2017 RSV4-RF but never used the stuff before. Is it something you would give a thumb's up to. I mainly track day my bike so frequent oil changes are not an issue for me.
We tried to reach out to them to get more information and data, unfortunately never got much in terms of a follow up. While BT provided us with answers to many questions we had and also provided data to show us what we can expect.
If u look they not the same....BT seals the bottom of the airbox to prevent turbulance as mani said. They also flat so equal distribution to all throttle. Gabros dont seal the bottom and have a taper on the rear bank. Theres enough R&d from both to justify their design, just a matter of preference
It's looking really good, Mani. The following gets my vote: Rizoma stealth mirrors, a custom seat cover with purple accents, and a white fender with a little bit of red & purple livery. I'm still undecided how I feel about a black rear sprocket on a white bike with purple wheels, though.
I wish if u were charging less for order from EU i try to get two light weight rear disc and 2 xtrenta rear cowl for my rsv4 2024factory and for my 2024 tuono factory and the charging shipping was ridiculous!!!! If u have any eu distributors lemme know
Quick fill cP makes sense on a track machine but I don't get why you would wanna take the risk if you ride it and stop to eat an idiot would be also quick to put shit in the tank
This is not done by a home made hobby 3d printer. Also the media you use on the 3D printer is just as important as well. You'd be surprised what else is 3D printed, like the parts on certain Porsche automobiles costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

See through air filters is a good clue there is a lot of particles being ingested by the engine.
I’ve got the flyhammer sprocket cover on my 22 Tuono, it also has a shaft rod strengthener built into it
Thank you for the comment, we are looking into the flyhammer one as we speak!
Great build! Cant wait to see more vids...def more Aprilia builds please!!!

Bike is amazing.
It's really just an attempt to open up the full potential of the V4. Removing restrictions is very beneficial in many scenarios.
We need some of that purple on that rear seat cowl.
Would be so cool!

Thankfully we can put some bling on without breaking the bank. But we hear what you are saying.
Hey Mani nice to see you in the airplane Austin to Miami today I like a lot your videos man, nice guy!
Thank you Aldrin! Was a pleasure to meet you too!
The carbon parts look cool!
Thank you!
Great meeting you today! Big fan of Motomillion! Totally awesome! Thanks! Superbike_Otaku!

Hope the build gets even more amazing 🔥

Let's go! I love this video! Most beautiful Aprilia in the game
Thank you!
Love it Manny ...Love the Xtrenta touches... #TraxStarz
Flyhammer in Italy do sprocket covers that look similar to that one... Or another option is a carbon cover
Really appreciate this comment. We are looking into getting one!

Can’t go wrong with a Yamaha. If you have a good Aprilia dealer locally, you don’t need to worry.

One item I never see in your builds which I think is a must - stomp grips
We let people do that, it really takes away from the look.
The bike looks great, Manny. 👍
Thank you!
I see alot of bonamici caps that look like twm nockoffs, selling at around half the price. I went with twm obviously. Loving the look of the bike.

Did you ever get final numbers on the dyno after the upgrades?
literally more power to come for the aftermarket velocity stacks nice back aero pack
Quick question i see that on this rsv4 u have add samco collars can u clarify if they fit the same from older models
Have you tried motocomposite carbon fiber the company from Canada ?
RSV4 is a very beautifull superbike....👍
It sure is in Speed White!
That rims tho....uff! what kind of?
OZ Racing GASS forged magnesium
Waiting for Rizoma Stealth Mirror & Rizoma Turn Indicator.
Indicators will be integrated into day time running lights.
whats the material stacks are printed with ?
which tank pad is that?
Hi would like to get same of you products for my 2022 Aprilia 1100 factory. I live in New Zealand. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Ken, all the parts are linked in the description below. We do ship world wide!

Thank you!

We tried to reach out to them to get more information and data, unfortunately never got much in terms of a follow up. While BT provided us with answers to many questions we had and also provided data to show us what we can expect.
BT stacks. The Gabro racing copys, fulky endorsed without shame. 😂
The chicken came first or the egg?

Didnt it make 200+ on your dyno stock now you are saying 183 stock ..or are you selling the bt moto stacks to the public
are u dumb? At 2:36 he said **AT BT-Moto dyno ** So that mean 183whp stock was at BT-MOTO DYNO!!
It made 203 stock, not 183. We have not dyno'd it with the stacks yet.
So why did you say 183 stock
all that and no dyno pull what was the point of that
