The exact only part that conclusively proved this was fan made is the awkward stiffness of Optimus Prime at the end there. Literally everything else you could've told me was an actual movie clip and I would've believed you wholesale. It's always completely stunning to see individual animators able to match the absurd intricacy and weight that goes into the michael bay transformers, especially during transformation.

The thing that impresses me the most is the firetruck coming into the city. It's been animated so well and integrated into the original footage; I almost believe you took a real firetruck and filmed this scene yourself.

Rise of the Beasts was made when CGI artists were both underpaid and overworked, and they were from MPC rather than Lucasfilm's ILM which was responsible for the original Transformers movies and ILM was the one that had more experience when working for Transformers and many blockbuster movies such as Star Wars, Marvel and more, not to mention they didn't have any real art direction to work with other than the bots had to be realistic and G1-esque, and the SAG-AFTRA strike was still going on when they were doing finishing touch ups for the CGI.
This is legitimately incredible on how professional it looks. You nailed the animation of the transformation. The camera work and the color grading are also extremely accurate to the 2007 film.
This is absurdly accurate to the original scene from the 2007 movie. Right down to certain chunks of the robot mode locking into place during the transformation. I didn't even realise it was a completely CG shot until I compared it side-by-side with the movie version. I assumed it was just a CG truck slapped ontop of the original plate. But it's completely remade from scratch.
This video is so detailed and amazing that it is hard to believe it was produced by only three people! Glad to see Japan's TV Aichi's Galaxy Convoy in live action!
This is unbelievably dope, Transformers Cybertron was the Transformers show of my childhood and I still have the deluxe toy version of this specific model of Optimus Prime. To see it adapted to a big-screen style format is insane. You have a major future in the CGI field my dude!
Honestly, if we have the Autobots' roster consist of characters from Armada, Energon and Cybertron (the Unicron Trilogy), I'd say Optimus Prime's team should have Red Alert stand in for Ratchet, Inferno and Landmine stand in for Ironhide, Hot Shot for Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper for Jazz (as Cliffjumper's counterpart from Energon played by Doron Bell Jr. has similarities to some of Jazz's modern incarnations).*

Amazing work i can only imagine the time and effort this took. Also cant help but say that i love the face shield and his helmet extension things poping out at the end just awesome. The thing that gets me is how well you seamlessly composited him into the original shot. Like, you took a truck hitting some street junk, *replaced the truck,* but *kept the street junk*. And it looks like it was just filmed with an actual fire truck all along.
This appears to be 100% CGI. He just did an amazing job matching the look and style of the original footage.
This is some beautiful rendering and animation dude!!! So photorealsitic only thing missing is the dialogue of him saying "Megatron!!" Top notch work° 😎👍
