    1 sachet of vanillin

    250 g of strawberry yoghurt ( 2 jars )
    70 g of flour
    FOR COVERAGE
    250 g of strawberries
    3 tablespoons of sugar
    1 lemon the juice

    400g of Berries (frozen or fresh),
    100g of butter, 200ml of fresh cream,
    18g of gelatine sheets (isinglass) + a small glass of limoncello,
    250g of Mascarpone,
    200g of Spreadable Cheese.
    225g of sugar (75g for the berries + 150g for the cheese mixture).

    For the DECORATION:
    50 g of dark chocolate
    50 g of milk
