Sap van 1,5 citroen
6 blaadjes gelatine (حلال)
200 ml slagroom
150 gram witte bastersuiker
1 zakje vanillesuiker (8 gram)
500 ml kwark naturel
١٧٥ جرام بسكويت
٩٥ جرام زبدة
عصير ليمونه ونصف
٦ شرايح جيلاتين حلال
٢٠٠ جرام كريمة طبخ (قشطه)
١٥٠ جرام سكر ابيض
١ كيس فانيليا ( ٨ جرام)
٥٠٠ ملي لبن رايب (Quark)

How many grams is 6 gelatin? Do one use the same weight for gelatin powder?

The ones I used are 6 leaves of 10 grams. With gelatin powder you also use 10 grams. I hope this answers your question. 😊
