At hg fishing. Do they bother you about lights at night where you are? They do where I’m at I was bank fishing last year in a park there was no one around no boats out at all parking lot was empty just me and I was using some fairly bright lights that were focused on my rods and yes they were shining on the water and game wardens drove through stoped and informed me that they can’t be shining on the water due to boaters. Then a few weeks later I was skip jacking from back below a dam when 5 game warden trucks rolled in at the same time I was like dam what the crap is going on there was 2 wardens in each truck they spread out like flys all over the place checking licensing and everyone’s coolers and rigs. I didn’t know we even had that many wardens in our area.

Because you don't want a boater ramming and possibly knocking you off boat or killing you with running over. Also stormy weather can flip and sink your boat out on the water. They're really just enforcing safety.

led lights that rap around inside edge of boat work great. super bright and dont really through light that far away from boat. id ask Ranger Rick what color they prefer before installing. not to costly
Dave just rig lights on the inside of the boat on the gunnel, LEDs then they would always be there without using your light rig. The lights be perfect for filming and spotting the river, Jeff in LA USA

Yep that sounds about right. The lake was full of people on PWC that had no respect of wake laws, driving intoxicated, driving reckless, etc but they didn't want any confrontation with them. Just a suggestion, for I do not know. Would LED light strings, mounted below the sides of your boat, give you ample light to video? Have the same problem on my local river with giggers running generators while I am wanting walleye fish.... one boat lights up 1/2 the river.

Take you a patio umbrella and rig it to a pole that will fit into your set post hole..you can take it down when your towing your boat or leave it up and use the velcro strap around it when your just moving spot to spot to keep the sun off ya 👍

My buddy was walking back down this dirt trail with a 5gal bucket full of fish one evening from the river, the game warden seen him and said that he was over his limit. He politely replied no sir im not he said these are my pet fish I bring them down here every evening to take them on a swim I put them in the water let them swim for a minute and I whistle and they hop back in the bucket. The game warden said no hold on a minute I got to see this. So my buddy walks back down to the river and tosses all his fish in and looks at the warden. The game warden said well aren't you going to call your fish back in. My buddy says what fish are you talking about?

They'll come up and check lisence and laugh about how bright i am 🌞 better to be seen than rund over... Fish on outlaw
