I saw this when they first opened, its perfection, and the ameneties amazing, but the balcony railings are too low, I didn't feel safe out there, it needs to be made higher, if u had tipsy guests I'd worry.
It must be pretty cool to live there, even though I'm scare of heights.

Yes, privacy and a stand-alone property is priceless; one's castle. True the luxurious penthouse has incredible views but privacy trumps all.
Fantastic condo... only thing: the perfectly amazing front balcony and prime bedroom balcony i completely RUINED by the noise from the highway... even at night there would too much noise to actually enjoy that wonderful outdoor space...

This is different it's a penthouse! 45 stories up in the sky no next door neighbors it's the ultimate privacy! 360 view of the Vegas skyline and The Strip(also extremely close to it!) being surrounded by nothing but ultimate luxury! True this penthouse is extremely pricey but all this is really what you're paying for! Just the 360 view and being that high up in the sky for ultimate privacy makes up for the price alone the extreme luxury is just an added bonus in my book. This is probably the nicest penthouse I have ever seen just the view alone and the level of privacy being that high up makes up for it if I can afford it I would definitely buy it!
$18 million with a $5 view and wicked noisy. Nothing but other buildings rooftops. For real, I wouldn’t pay $3 million for it. Too many negatives. Give me an over view of Central Park or Miami. Las Vegas is truly a city for suckers
