What a tune, what a performance. The bold Toots Hibbert, kicking out the jams for decades. Proper legend ❤
The Toots I remember ❤️
Rest in Jah, my friend. Thanks for all the music, all the wonderful performances.
Seriously so good.❤🇬🇩👊🏿
The Vault is incredible.
RIP Bill Graham, RIP Winterland, like the Fillmore, an iconic venue.
I went to hundreds of shows there, very special place, iconic shows..., because of Bill Graham..., and everyone that worked for him.
Superb
Rest in Power, Toots. Your most excellent vibe was the soundtrack to my youth. Respect.
RIP Toots!
Rise in Power Toots! Thank you 4 the Music!
ride on and rest in peace, toots - we'll miss you!
Que vozeirão mais gostoso de ouvir!! Cara canta com a alma!! Salve sempre Toots! Aonde estiver muita luz!
Love this❤
I was at this show
Toots was all about Funky Kingston.
An incredible energetic full of pure soul stage presence. This was an incredible era of roots funk. From the Meters/ Neville Bris. Tower of Power..., etc. He had more funk than James Brown.
Yeah you said it ❗️ This arrangement is positively linked to R&B+S (soul) from the 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s…
What a legend, still belting out tunes into the 21st century, he was amazing. Saw him in Glasgow in the 1990s
Got this on vinyl... Love it
So good!
Insane voice...
Amazing!! Toots and the band is AWESOME!!!! Poly rhythms/Fela/Wailers/GFOS That Good!

Fucking pitbull
Ha ha! The Motown version. Funky Reggae.
The original was great. This live version is nothing like it
...you neglected to add that each is sublime in its own way.
Huge fan of Toots, and huge respect...but he did not deliver this original tract's impact on this particular performance. The song is a foundational reggae smash...did not come through here (in my humble opinion)
I hear ya. He didn't do the "played from East to West" the second time, it would've been better with it.
This tune was influenced by Producer TJR and rapper Pitbull.
