      Variable resistor ke badle aap fixed resistor vi laga sakte hae lakin aapko dekhna hoga ki Exactly 4.25 volt mae Red LED off ho raha hae ki nehi.

    Next time you show your project, better not use PCB, because it's not appreciable, use direct connection style just like other vloger, they connect every parts directly by not using PCC

      Nehi, zener diode shirf iss circuit mae full charged indicator ko indication ke liye lagaya gaya hai iss se output voltage mae farak nehi hoga. In dono battery ko series mae charge karne ki liye iss circuit mae 3.7V input dena hoga, agar aap input mae 5V DC denge fhirbhi battery charge hoga lakin over charge hoke battery damage ho sakta hai.

    For just lighting few Led and indicator light few resistors are sufficient , but that doesn't satisfy our business needs and egos of being engineers . So extra components are used to support. Like all other business frauds and adultrations are allowed for engineering and medical profession too.

    The only problem with this design is that lithium cells have a nasty habit of bursting into flames or exploding if they're not charged correctly or are overcharged. Every few weeks, we see items on the news about how somebody's house has burnt down, caused by incorrectly designed lithium chargers. If you are not worried about your house burning down, then this is an excellent project, though personally, with my 50 years experience as an electronic engineer, I'll skip this one.

      Yes, This is not a proper lithium ion battery charger, I agree 👍🏻 but if you use proper fixed 5v charger with this circuit, I hope this will be safe charger 🙏🏻👍🏻

      @@amkp40technology If you turn it off as soon as the charging LED goes out, you'll probably, repeat probably, be OK, but personally, I wouldn't want to take the risk. Lithium cells need very careful handling. There are too many horror stories where people have done similar things and paid the price. Use such a charger for any other type of battery (after suitable voltage adjustments) and everything will work fine.

      If you are using original exact 5V DC charger, that means your battery is safe because 1N4007 Diode drops the voltage approx 0.7V now calculation is DC5V - 0.7V= 4.3V Output. 3.7V batterie's full charge voltage is 4.26V that means your battery is safe.

    Sir mene ek MT3608 boost converter par oppo mobile ki 4000mah ki battery Lagai Thi 3.7v to 9v multimeter ke liye .
    mere pass koi battery charging module nahin tha isliye maine Ek diode 1N4007 lagakar charging kar raha tha tab diode garam Ho raha tha mt3608 module ki ic b6287 short ho gayi iska kya Karan ho sakta hai
    Next time ye problem nahi aye iske liye me kya dhyan rakh sakta hu

      1N4007 diode ke pehele ek resistor use kare ampere ko kamm karne ki liye. Or booster circuit ki output mae ek electrolytic capacitor use kare 16V 470uf ki or usske baad bhi ek resistor use kare output nikalne ki.

      Not, compulsory to use, you can only use a 1N4007 diode without problems. Other diode was parallel with this diode for increase charging current.

    Your diagram is incomplet nocoil is shown and no input and output is shown. Make a clear diagram. No doubt it is nice n good.

      In this diagram instead of coil I used 2.2Ohm 1watt resistor for good performance, and input /output clearly visible in my circuit diagram, This circuit diagram is my personal developed.

      If you worry about making coils please use resistor 2 to 10 Ohm which you find celling fan regulators and mobile chargers circuits.

      Amp. Depend karta hae aap kitne wattage ka charger lagaya hae ? Or aap iss circuit ka coil ki badle resistor 2.2 Ohm ka use kare , jitne watt ka resistor use karenge utne amp ka output milega.

    Your circuit dnt have over charge n discharge protection
    U r using 5 v 2A wall charger tht r not suitable for 3.7 v li ion batteries

      This circuit can charge any 3.7v battery properly, and yes, in this has no over charge protection(but 1N4007 diode drops voltage 5v to 4.3v suitable for battery charge) but never drain your battery when charger is off such your battery is connected with this circuit.

      5v to 4.2 volt r not suitable for Liion battery check out any data sheet of li ion battery its max charging volt 4.2 volt and max current 1200ma but some battery need 4.2 with 300ma with constant voltage n current and a minimum discharge rate is 3 volt

      This circuit works properly use exact 3.7v zener diode and adjust the pre-set(VR)
      1.5k ohm resistor only for green LED change the resistor how much brightness you wish.
