actually, when it came to the all star game, Buffalo had the most viewers. And last years stanley cup finals, Aside from the hurricane fans, buffalo was second in most viewers of the finals. So Buffalo is one of the few markets actually helping out hockey

As a Rangers fan I'd like to thank Drury for scoring few important goals this year and reducing his goal total from 37 to 25 and points total from 69 to 58. Granted we did overpay for him, and high salary does not guarantee high production. I expected 33-38 goals and 70 points. maybe now that Jagr's gone he'll play more and score more. It's almost an unwritten rule that when a top flight player comes to us his level of play goes down a notch. Or is it that MSG's ice is so bad.

It should've been at least 3-0 sabres when drury scored that goal. The rangers got flat out dominated in that game. You were out shot 41 to 22. Vanek was on his own line with roy and afinogenov. And I seriously get annoyed when people think that the sabres were a 2 man team. It takes a team effort to get to the 3rd round of the playoffs. The sabres will surprise a lot of people next year who thought they wouldn't make the playoffs or make it that far.

The sabres had a rocky start at the beginning of the year. But guess what we've been the hottest teams in the league lately winning a large majority of our games. But guess what? These standings aren't set in stone. And they'll likely pass the rangers.
