This isn't a troll, I love TeamFourStar and all Dragon Ball related things (except... THAT series...) but I know little to nothing about Street Fighter other than what Death Battle's taught me
So, what's the joke? Was it just unexpected or...
It's a finishing move by a character Akuma originally and lately Evil Ryu(That dark version of him), and if it hits someone in the game it's automatically a win regardless of how much health bar is left. It's a very powerful move but since they are fighting Perfect Cell who is leagues waayyyyy above the street fighters he just countered it without knowing it. The move to further explain when it hits are just those japanese letters you see since it's supposed to be so fast and intense that no one can see it, but it backfired so that's the end result, with evil ryu on the ground.

Simple: Cell just fought Ryu in a hyper combat state during the Raging Demon. The technique is pretty much like the hyper fighting in DBZ but because Cell can move at the speed of light, he was able to block, parry, dodge, and counter every one of Ryu's strikes.

Aids McAids seeing lot of characters from video games and anime makes it fun to see how cell handles them rather they fight or not lol I wanted to see megaman X, zero and axl step up to cell, I'm loving the TFS cell games series we might get hitman reborn, in the mix maybe even sports anime like kuroko no basketball or eyeshield 21 since characters from those sports shoes will think cell games is a sport and cell would take a football team 1 on 11 in a match scoring touchdowns and he could take on seirin from kuroko no basketball and take them on 1 on 5 in a basketball match lol it would be interesting
