Sans The Skelepun Teleportation has no speed. It is distance over time but if you divide anything over 0 as teleportaion is instant. it would be Undifined or inpossible. So no speed.

Deadpool_da_beast When Cell says "kids, nothings cooler than getting a hug from someone you like," he's referencing the old Sonic cartoon where he gave lessons after each episode, specifically the one where Sonic basically warns kids about inappropriate touching, ie molestation
The original Sonic cartoon had Public Service Announcements called "Sonic Sez/Says" at the end of every episode. One of them was "Kids, there's nothing wrong with being hugged by someone you like, but if someone touches you in a place or a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, that's no good."
