This is my third video on R129 Top Hydraulics series. If you need help replacing seals for the front locks or the main lift cylinders, please see my other 2 videos. This one is not a comprehensive guide but will give you some important tips hopefully, thankyou for your liking, subscribing, and commenting.

Good information on the videos, but you really should film a detailed removal and reinstall of these jobs. No one on youtube has done that. You could of been the first. Invest in a head mounted camera. I know certain angles are not easy, but camera placement and lighting is key. Just my advice. Keep up the good work.

you should have filmed the install too. Had my replaced by a shop now the bow cylinder on the right side although it works it hangs and you have to help the bow up from inside the car on the right side. I was hoping I cold watch you reinstall but good video any way

Hi mate, you are right, I know this video is incomplete but the filming while installing is almost impossible, the camera wouldn't pick much of the work as scene is so busy with the mechanisms and both of my hand bust too... my suggestion to you is to check the micro switch for damage, this can Bend and cause issues.

@@BenzAddiction question the micro switch is on the left side correct it is the right side(my passenger side) that hangs slightly when unlocking does the passenger side cylinder have a micro switch too?

@rioraton there is only 1 microswitch for bow extension and it is on the LH side.
